I would like to thank the hotel staff for their high degree of professionalism, and the proactive stances they have always taken towards any queries I've raised with them. As well I will like to thank them for the wonderful hospitality with which they have welcomed me and made me feel even more comfortable, relaxed with regards to my staying to their hotel, knowing I can rely on them at any time. They truly have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm having the most pleasant, comfortable staying in. I will highly recommend the hotel to anyone that will like to visit Istanbul, they are truly professional. They were always ready to give you a hand of help at any time, showing you how much they cared about their guests and their needs. Ita small hotel but Stuff very polite and respectful Room good size and clean Quiet and comfortable

The place was clean but the furniture and carpet are old. Smell of mold present. Overall a reasonable deap considering the price

The property is next to the main road which makes a somewhat noisy but it’s also very convenient for using public transportation or for dining options. It’s within walking distance to the Avcilar center for shopping and entertainment. It’s not too far from the lake and the Sea of Marmara. The staff is truly amazing and they do their best to help anyway they can. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom and I raised my concerns with the staff. Frankly for the price, I can’t say I could expect too much. Breakfast was adequate and simple.

There is no laundry facilities on site. Rooms are much smaller than they say. The breakfast consists of cheese, bread, a hard boiled egg and cold french fries. There is no fruit offered like shown in photos. You can hear the pther patrons in their rooms as well as the continuous trafgic and honking of horns The staff are very accommodating. The staff go above and beyond to help.

The staff were very nice and attentive. Everyone was very kind and we had an amazing tike there. Definitely recommend!
