Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in. One person checking people in while other workers came and went from behind the desk. Outdated hotel.

Towels and sheets had lots of curly black hairs on them and in the bathroom on the floor. Old dilapidated curtains with brown duct tape holding tears together. Outside view shows other rooms with this as well! Check in staff was awful to me and did not care if I was apart of the 3 day convention happening next door! Hotel staff argued about checkin in time - Even though I called and was told I would have a check in time at 11am - Was told I would get a text when room opened up since one wasn't ready. Never got any text - exhausted from an 8hr walking event around hotel- stopped and asked if a room happened to be available and was acoosted with attitude and hate! Was told that I should be happy enough with checking in an hour early! Peered at me like I was a transient - NOT A HOTEL GUEST! Haven't had such a bad stay at a hotel since 15 years ago! Do Better IHG! Won't be staying here again!

I came for convention and was so excited to stay on location. The room was nice and clean but everything else about the hotel was not good. First, there was no airport shuttle. Then everything was closed the restaurant, the gym, the pool, the spa. Also for a magor convention center it was messy and gross.

The bed was really comfortable. There is no coffee pot in the room for coffee. There was no extra blankets for the pullout bed, and the elevator had a line all day because one was down. We had to keep taking the stairs.

Dirty rooms that smelled. Dated hotel with good lobby but terrible motel style rooms. Breakfast was terrible with no healthy choices. Hotel is dated by to 90s and doesnt seem things have been upgraded. Extremely noisy AC/Heater. I will never stay here. I picked this hotel because other marriott hotels were full.

Convenient for my trip. Very bad housekeeping. Room not cleaned but one time in 4 days. No towels or wash cloths, had to go get them.
