It was really terrible,no trashcan and they charge extra 100 dollars by saying that deposite and they will return after our check out but they didn’t.No future stay😏😏😏

The location was a bit sketchy but other than that it was great! The bathroom was huge with a shower AND a jacuzzi tub

The TV in our room did not work. One bed had 3 pillows and the other bed had two. Asked for 2 more pillows and they stated they did not have anymore. Also for some reason the window in our room was fully opened.

Everything was good the only thing that was not comfortable is breaking there is always someone watching over because of the rule of no food in your rooms. They need to add more fruits they only have apples.

While i don't need full housekeeping every day and the sign in the bathroom said after 3 nights I received NO housekeeping services at all for 4 nights. I would appreciate having the bed made and getting fresh towels. Also, the little bars of soap are crazy. Why not use liquid and refillable containers?

Plenty of used and worn furniture with rips and holes. Ice bucket tray had cigarette burns in it. Stepped off the elevator into a pool of water from a steady drip coming from one of the florescent fixtures. Automatic double doors at entrance would work only some of the time leaving people stranded outside constantly. Wild. I was definitely disappointed with my stay and was expecting a much nicer facility.

Was asked to have a seat and wait 5 minutes for an emergency. That would've been ok but the furniture was filthy!

From the moment we walked in the staff was rude and on their personal phone and ignoring guests. We were supposed to have an upgraded suite which was anything but. The couch and carpet were nasty. The beds and bathroom has ***** heair everywhere. The satelite tv went out every 10 minutes and took 45 to reboot each time. The pool was pretty warm but the hottub was literally a ice tub. Horrible and gross hotel.

Our group chose this hotel because of the promise of 24 hour shuttle service to the Denver airport. We had a early flight and wanted to depart at 2:00 am. Were told that the shuttle would run at the top of the hour, every hour and to be in the lobby by 1:55 am. Communication was made with the front desk and shuttle driver at 11:30 pm the night before to confirm the pickup time and shuttle vehicle size. The shuttle did not arrive until 3:00 am.
Additionally, the hotel charged a $100 fee per room for incidentals, which took 2 days to clear my account, and there was a violent movie playing on the TV in the lobby when we arrived. The hotel trash cans were overflowing, and the tiles in our bathrooms were loose.
I would not advise staying at this hotel.
