Beware of this hotel. It's a scam. The conditions of the hotel is not satisfactory. The room booking is different from the photos described. Many ants in the room. Many stains on sofa and beddings. The bathroom still has some hairs left. The bathroom window cannot be closed. The owner promised to refund the booking but turned out to be none. The conversation has been recorded. Please avoid this hotel.

We booked a superior suite with a king bed on the platform. After checking in, my son wanted two beds. The owner was very friendly and upgraded us to an executive suite with two beds. The room was large and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Because I liked this kind of room, I stayed for two more days. It was a pleasant trip.

We were greeted with friendly staff. Due to miscommunication between trip.com and Regal Residency, which caused us some inconveniences,, the manager offered us to pick one of 2 rooms of our choice (which we never asked for it) and an extra fan for our comfort (weather was hot, again we never asked for the fan). I would say the service was great. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a breeze as the water pressure was strong and with a good supply of hot water (not inconsistent where you got cold water in between). It would be better if air conditioning was provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Not a bad place to stay! Some staff could be abit more welcoming and at least have some kind of people skills! Great location close to several amenties!

AMAZING SERVING!! Great communication, needs to clean underneath beds and couches but other then that it was an amazing stay

Very unclean. Stayed 3 nights, not serviced once. Told to go to Reception if we needed anything, it’s never open! Knocked on door of onsite Manager 9.15am as had no toilet paper, no answer. Ended up ringing them at 9.45am to be told they don’t open until 10am, in the compendium it says 8am to 6pm?? It also says rooms have a charging dock / clock beside bed- wasn’t one. Bed like a rock due to not having a mattress on the base, just 2 pieces of foam. No soap in shower dispenser. Gown in wardrobe stained, mattress protector absolutely filthy. Maybe instead of spending money on huge garden statues, spend on rooms and proper housekeepers

We expected this motel to be humble but well appointed (based on how it’s advertised). Unfortunately the hygiene and cleanliness was poor - dirty fridge, microwave, cupboards & floors. No dishbrush, or anything suitable to wash and dry dishes. Mould in the shower - which also looked broken with no handheld part remaining. We had expected there to be air conditioning, but there was only a heater and a cheap fan. Road noise was quite bad, parking is limited onsite, and there is a 24hr self-service gas station right next to the room. We decided to leave and find somewhere else, so didn’t sleep in the bed to give feedback on that. The man at reception told us we would get 50% of our payment back, but never followed through.

Good location, tired accommodation but very pleasant owners who were very helpful. The accommodation is spacious and adequately furnished. Handy parking close to the building. No breakfast provided, but there’s a small cafe across the road in the garden centre.

We stayed with Regal Residency last weekend (5th to 8th July 2024) and we were very disappointed with the overall experience. On arrival we had to phone someone to come to reception and wait for them to come and give us our keys and that was the last time we saw a member of staff! Our rooms were cold and we could not find out how to work the heaters, as luck would have it my husband discovered the switch by accident the following day but we had a very cold night. The one pillow each was wafer thin and the duvet was even thinner. The television would not work, no plug for the kitchen sink, the coffee and tea were not topped up and the bins were not emptied for the whole of our stay. The steps leading up to our rooms were dangerously steep, especially when wet. I was extremely disappointed with our experience and it was not worth the two hundred dollars plus per night we stayed.

If your looking for a clean, warm, inviting motel then this ISNT the place you want to stay. Hair on the floor combined with dust and dirt in the bathroom when we checked in. 1 glass, 1 towel, heater in lounge didn't work, oven and fridge not cleaned, chipped paint everywhere. Outside garden area is a joke, more like a dumping ground for stuff

The room was spacious and clean, however there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the lounge area. The tea, coffee, sugar provisions were minimal, this was disappointing for the price. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Would not recommend this place Disappointed with room and room service Kitchen ill equipped , had only a small frying pan . Couldn’t even boil an egg and took until Day 3 to provide one small saucepan ! Sheets never changed despite staying over 2 weeks and towels only changed twice .Visitors laundrette was very scruffy preferred to go to public laundromat!
