good location good hotel good service everything is well

The staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. Last but not least, the breakfast staff were so patient and always polite and lovely. Otherwise of course the hotel requires maintenance and the area is too crowded as any populated city, so if you go with the right expectations you will enjoy your trip, otherwise if you have high expectations I recommend booking somewhere else.

Busy location. Rooms kinda small. But OK.

This hotel has an excellent location, metro station right in front as well as other transportation. The accomodation are regular ones, compensated by excellent breakfast service. The setback goes to cleanliness and facilities conditions.

1. the Air Condition is not in the room controllable 2. the furniture and other things are old 3. he small kitchen has no light and therefore its not possible to use it. Reception says its not possible to repair 4. one day, till 15.20 room not cleaned; 5. house keeping on the phone not reachable, 24 hours line busy 6. the not functional Kitchenette is dirty , without dishes and cutlery 7. in the room there are coffee cups but without saucer; there arent any tea leaves 8. in the room there are Illy coffee capsules but there isn’t a coffee machine !! 9. for people leaving in the morning early, its not possible to get a breakfast package. In my opinion the hotel has 2 stars till 3 stars quality, its overpaid , shure not a 5 star!

The hotel location is so good. But all facilities are not maintained well. Also, the breakfast is ok.

不得不來留言避免更多人踩坑，這家酒店的入住體驗糟透了 1. 因航班延誤到達酒店已是凌晨2點。前台接待一臉不屑。預訂時説雙床房，結果是兩張床一個大床單，不能分開那種。投訴換房也都一樣，後面説他們酒店衹有這種。沒雙床房就不要掛雙床房！後面因太晚跟攜程溝通衹能先住 2.入住後發現房間沖涼房很難進去，奇葩的設計去水還堵住，一邊洗澡一邊腳泡臟水 第二天攜程溝通讓我先提前一天退房，旁邊的大温德姆貴一點，但好上一條街。攜程之後一直幫我溝通，這點要給小妹妹們贊。但這家酒店態度強硬不退最後一晚的房費。

給了一個無障礙房217，中庭二樓距離換氣扇。空調較近，有點聲音，玻璃隔音還行，不過還是少開窗户，有點味道。早餐還是挺好吃的。周圍中餐館多，富麗華價格便宜，味道也可以。亞洲美食貴點，環境好，適合商務宴請。周圍紅燈區較多，注意安全。

無力吐槽 設施老舊，一入住浴室就是壞的。服務也跟不上 電話接不起來，響應速度特別慢

價格貴，服務設施，體驗感都很一般。性價此差。
