Very Bad Service Didn't get my rewards either early check in or late checkout Cleanliness level is also bad Staff isn't friendly Also there are no drinks at dinner!! How come Even water is for an extra charge !! Wouldn't recommend at all

設施：房間不大，但是挺乾淨，都是雙圓孔插頭，歐式和中式插頭沒辦法使用！ 衞生：衞生還可以！ 環境：酒店周圍基本都是沙漠，酒店區域內綠化植被還不錯，房間都是環繞泳池而建！酒店的海灘更淺，基本沒有什麼可以玩的，主要玩的是酒店內的幾個泳池，有個小滑梯那種簡單設施，在中國不值一提，可能他們這邊是沙漠的緣故，看見這點水上樂園就開心的不行！ 服務：服務人員我認為有種族歧視，在我排隊辦理入住的時候，到我辦理的時候，服務人員讓我等待一下，讓後給其他客人辦理手續，當我等待十分鐘後，去問前台怎麼樣了？他們還是冷淡的看着我，然後把房卡交給我。全程冷漠問好、冷漠的回覆！在我退房的時候，酒店周圍是沒有出租車的，Uber也是沒車的，我求助前台幫我叫車，第一個人説沒辦法幫我，我自己想辦法半個小時後還是沒車，又去求助前台，他們拿出一個清單，幫我叫車需要付UE66元，反正就是特別昂貴，作為一個遊客你是沒有辦法離開這個酒店的，這個酒店位置遠離城市，荒無人煙！中國遊客還是要謹慎出行，我打車到這個酒店出租車加了我雙倍的車費！真的不推薦來這家酒店！我認為中國人千萬別來！

非常好的酒店，物超所值。酒店樓下就有泳池，距離紅海海邊很近，酒店自帶沙灘，度假的人非常多。

環境特別好，服務員很熱情主動，早晚餐很豐盛，可選性多，味道也很好。最棒的是酒店門口每隔十分鐘有一趟小火車免費帶去海灘邊！

The worst hotel ever, the rooms very old , dark not enough light , the ac dropping water inside the room and u call anyone to come to fixed it but no one came , the food very bad quality and no variety , the staff doesn’t know the means of the work called hospitality , how to smile and do service to guest , really the worst hotel ever in my life N.B I have been using stella grand for 12 yeras didn’t had such a bad experience all was good But this sea club first and last time to use it Small advice u need to recheck ur staff and ur quality

once the hotel perfect in all aspects hence we can say that hotel is a very good hotel and we will rank you as no.1 in El sukhna but when you ensures perfection sustainability after new abiding swimsuit laws that affect quality of guests Hence hats off to director of these greatness Mr. Francesco Fontana, thank you sir again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Club Hotel. We had the opportunity to stay in a clean and modern newly-updated room - it was great! The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great, and we enjoyed the seaside pizza restaurant. The shallow sandy beach, pools, kids play areas, and plenty of green grass and palm trees were enjoyed by us all (kids especially!) and provided a much needed breath of fresh air. The staff went above and beyond and we'll look forward to our next stay with them.

A pleasent stay at a very nice hotel Stella sea club what a lovely staff for the room reservations, receiption and the amazing animation team.. restaurant os so good and have a varsities of food with a so tastey everything was more than excellent really thank you great team

We were not happy First no internet connection for the complete stay The food was not good The AC was not functioning properly in our room The blankets were very thin and not clean enough and looks so old effects the quality The good thing is that the pools are nice with a good aqua park and the staff are all respectful

Bad quality of food No internet Bad AC No bed covers The way of food prepare in the restaurant is low quality ( cleaning of main dishes, cleaning of water , juice and tea containers etc) Noise in AC The staff are ok The pool water is not clean I will not come back

Everything is good, the way they treat people is nice from everyone, the hope is very good, if any problem happens they fix it easily, the swimming pools are very nice and the sea is good and peaceful.
