Green Springs Inn

This place is beautiful! We stayed in the lodge for a romantic getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. Our room had a gas fireplace, a large jet tub and the most comfortable bed. The grounds being set in the forrest is just beautiful. We will be coming back for sure.

We are locals who live in Ashland. We have been coming to the Greensprings cabins for years through several owner of the place. ~ We always rent the same cabin. We just spent 4 days up here with severe winter conditions. It was lovely because we knew what to expect. We knew with the snow coming and alerts that we could possibly get snowed in with road closures. It happened after we arrived. We brought plenty of food for the 4 days. There is no restaurant on site. There is no doordash up here. The closest restaurants or grocery stores are 21 miles down in Ashland town. The road is curvy and steep. Keep in mind if you have never been here before. Check in during daylight hours in the winter. No one is here to greet you. Follow the instructions emailed to you from the reservation people. Copy the information because you may not have reception. The cabins are heated with a wood stove only..There are wall heaters that take a little edge off the chill..There is plenty of wood for your fire,and the housekeeping staff can bring you more kindling, if you can get ahold of them. The hot tub is on demand hot water and plenty of it. The tub takes about an hour or so to fill. The fridge is small, but in the winter you can place your perishables outside in screened in porch as long as you have a cooler. If the cabin has been empty in the winter,it will take 24 hours to heat...This was our experience... Scott is the onsite manager who plows the roads 2x a day.... We love it up here... It is quiet and peaceful.. I have never rented a lodge room so I do not know what they are like. The kitchen in the cabin has a stove and oven running on propane. There is a microwave as well. The only food provided is coffee and tea and prepackaged 1/2 and 1/2. The water out of the tap is pure spring water...If you come prepared during winter snow season, you will have a great time. I wish I had brought my snowshoes...Lot's of great hikes....

This is a Favorite Place for our family & our Golden Retriever ! We live locally , but make it a point to go there several times a year . Every season has its special charms. We’ve stayed in the Lodge Rooms and in several of the cabins. Always have a wonderful time. Green Springs is one of those places where you can really relax and enjoy Nature. The cabins are well appointed & the linens are superior. The staff is great. Highly recommended.

Stayed in Room #3, lower level of lodge. Room was quiet (except for toddler running across the upper floor) and the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. Make sure you bring some sort of food as the restaurant is currently closed and there is nothing for miles!

We spent 3 nights at the Broccard Point cabin and found it to be 5* all the way. Beautifully situated in a wooded area overlooking a river valley, the cabin was spacious, comfortable and had many wonderful finishings. (Including really comfy robes for after hot tub or shower use.) It was clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into the comfort of their guests. There were other cabins on the property, but they were not at all close by and we felt totally alone. The pictures are accurate (although the bedroom is more spacious in real life than it appears to be on the website). There was excellent communication both during booking and prior to arrival. Check-in was a snap. We hope to have the chance to return to stay there again. Highly recommended to all!!

A friend’s favorite description is ‘forest bathing.’ That’s what staying at Green Springs is! In the past years I’ve traveled from N California to family in N Oregon. This is a perfect spot to get off I-5 and spend some days in the mountains. It’s so easy to spend a day sitting on a cabin patio enjoying the views in much more pleasant temperatures. I love stepping outside to hike the local trails. For more of that, the Pacific Crest trail crosses nearby highway 66 a couple miles east. WiFi works great to get back to the ‘real world.’
