Bathtub had hair in it and was dirty. Found a sock near the bed that was from the person before us.

Not enough towels ? They said to be ready after laundry was done ,
Our room did not get service, next day I asked for towels but they didn’t have them .

The check in process was super easy. They had keys made for us when we arrived at 11pm from a long day of travel. We actually tried switching properties with ********** because we had booked the wrong Holiday inn for a wedding and even with Gold status ********** weren’t any help. The room was fine, however as the girls were unpacking, I stepped into the bathroom to inspect as Holiday Inn expresses don’t have the best reputation for cleanliness and found a centipede in the bathtub. I took a video of it and a photo to show the front desk. No help there as all they would do is switch rooms. Probably extra guests in there as well. No more IHC hotels in our future.

It was fine. Nothing fancy but was a safe and clean environment. Easy to grab an Uber for dinner and entertainment. I wished I would’ve booked the other holiday inn that was down the street that had more dining options for late night snacks and breakfast options. Overall was fine.

Room was not clean, there was a smell in the room they gave us new room three times all three had isssues.
We canceled our reservations and requested a refund and went to another hotel.
