This was the worst hotel we stayed in on a recent Chile trip. The room was small, with no place to put luggage, and little space between the beds and walls to move around. There was one flat pillow on each bed, with no extra pillows or blankets. The room felt dirty and run-down, an impression that was confirmed when a large beetle flew out from under the bed covers when one of us was getting ready to go to bed. The curtains were thin and let in light from street lights. Traffic noise was also a problem until about 2 a.m. Front desk was surly and unfriendly. Definitely not recommended!

Do not take whiny reviews seriously , HOTEL ARICA is soooo fun , rooms are fine , food is good , the help is so sweet like family !!!!!! Not to much money ! Two pools , next to playalaucho , best beach ever , mile long buffet, I stay there Every Time I can !!!!! Love it so much , never seen laundry pressed so tight !!!!! Not in town but a nice walk to downtown !!!!! AC WIFI …. I am waiting for travel ban to lift so I can go back to HOTEL ARICA & see the same bellman to welcome me back to a very special place on earth ,,,, From Juddy , I come from San Francisco , California where I was born ……….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excelente: atención, amabilidad, Limpieza, aire acondicionado perfecto. Seguridad las 24 horas El desayuno lo mejor para empezar el día Las playas al lado. Y piscinas con toallas. Hat más detalles positivos como el bar, su restaurant, todos platos gourmet. Y a un buen precio Qué mejor! Súper! Es poco decir.

Excelente lugar, hermoso, limpio y ordenado, de gente amable y solicita, desayuno exquisito. Tuvimos un fin de semana descansado y relajado, tranquilos ... sin ruidos, ❤️🧡 se cumplió el objetivo. Me encantó 💕

Mala experiencia, hace años era bueno pero ahora privilegian los eventos, matrimonios, almuerzos de empresas y otros y los pasajeros pasan a segundo término.
A las instalaciones les falta un update principalmente en poner ventanales con termopanel en habitaciones para aislar del ruido.

Excelente servicio, atención, muy buena carta de coctelería en el bar y restaurante como también los buenos precios , seguridad, limpieza y atendido por Mayckol Ferrada quien nos atendió de una forma muy personalizada y educada, lugar muy recomendado

Hermoso hotel con vista al mar, rico desayunos en su linda terraza, gente de recepción muy amable y con buena disposición. Fuimos atendidos por Mayckol Ferrada en el bar, muy amable y cordial, con preparación de cocteles muy buenos, todo recomendable al 100%.

Très grande chambre face à la mer, ce fut un réel plaisir pendant 3 jours. Les équipes resto/réception sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils. Grande piscine à débordement face à la mer et transats et parasols pour profiter du panorama. Ce fut une belle escale mais ATTENTION si vous payez votre séjour cash, il faut des dollars sinon vous aurez la taxe à payer en plus.
