設施：齊全，該有的都有，辦公桌，飲用水，電吹風，肥皂，洗髮水
衞生：房間很乾凈，晚上出去吃了一頓飯，房間也被打掃了一遍
環境：環境不錯，靠廣場附近，出門逛街很方便
服務：服務也可以吧，服務人員也還熱情
總之還想住，但是沒有單人間了

My sister and I stayed at this hotel in December 2022 and we had a wonderful experience here! This was during the political coup so our stay was unexpectedly increased as the airports were closed. The front desk staff were so supportive and kind, particularly Joel Nieves Alvarez. He checked on the status of flights for us daily, always greeted us with a smile, called us with updates and made us feel safe and comfortable. Our room was clean and we enjoyed fresh fruit and a light breakfast every morning ( complimentary). Muchas gracias, Joel!

Very helpful staff everywhere. Since I was traveling alone, I asked more than once about things to do and where to go, the staff at the front desk helped me with directions and reservations. The woman at the restaurant was especially nice, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, I would have liked to have a window in my room, but overall it was pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent. I already recommended your hotels to friends.

I arrived on the day I was having a Birthday. The hotel personnel noticed that and waited for me later and had a piece of birthday cake with a candle an sang a birthday song for me. I am very grateful. I would defenerltly come back here again

This our favorite hotel in Arequipa. Once again we were very happy with our stay. The staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful, especially the little surprise on the morning of my birthday - thank you.

Staff is excellent and very helpful, but if you have a room on the street side, it is very noisy and you will hear vehicles go by and honk their horns

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! I stayed at Tierra Viva Plaza Arequipa during my holidays in one of the most beautiful cities in Peru 🇵🇪: Arequipa . The location is great, safe and near the best touristic places, shops and restaurants to be visited. All the staff at Tierra Viva Plaza Arequipa hotel is 1000% helpful, polite, friendly and ready to run the second mile. Thank you for such an amazing customer service to all of them!!!😀 Wonderful atmosphere !! Nice music !!! Clean and fresh rooms !!! Delicious breakfast !!! Brilliant staff !!! Punctual transference from Cruz del Sur/ Airport to the hotel and viceversa !!! Superb customer service !!! Of course, I can recommend this ‘brilliant’ hotel to ever who would like to visit, enjoy and have the most amazing experience and holidays in Arequipa😊. Thank you !!!
