Enjoyed our holiday at your hotel . Good location close to a lovely marina and a pretty beach . Bus stop right outside hotel . Good service into Cuitadella .

Only suitable if you have children ... food plenty but same every day unless you like stew?? I do but in winter .. excellent staff all round and extremely clean always ... lovely hotel but not for couples without children

We travelled as an extended family of children parents and grandparents and booked a combination of apartments and rooms. We requested a room on a higher floor, which we were given. The rooms were comfortable and clean… and well serviced by a very friendly housekeeping crew. The hotel is very central and just a few steps from the shopping centre and port and a further 5 minute walk to the small beach. The food in the restaurant was varied and fresh. What really made this hotel for us though were the staff, who all went above and beyond to give a such a lovely holiday. Elena, Denise, Andre and the rest of the Sensi crew worked so hard with the children….our 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved them. Alice, Oceana and the rest of the Fram team (french tour operator) ran a lot of adult daytime activities where everyone was welcome. Sebastian, Tony, Daniella and all the rest of the restaurant staff were so friendly and worked so hard to keep all the tables cleared. Martin and all the other bar staff were great as was reception…..we really felt so welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel again for a family holiday with children and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so memorable

We just got back from our one week stay at M****nses. This was our first holiday with our 6 month old and we couldn’t have wished for anything better! The hotel is SPOTLESS. We opted for an apartment room which came with a kitchenette, this had a stove, kettle, fridge, sink, coffee machine and microwave - perfect as our little boy is on formula so needed the microwave, fridge and kettle to make and sterilize bottles. The large double bedroom had a travel cot inside (this was a pop up one - which I personally prefer) clean bedding was fitted inside the cot too. My LO slept amazingly!! All the staff were so friendly and also amazing with children, they took the time to say hello to our son and also engaged a lot with the other children (& parents there). The time of year we went meant there was a lot of young families at the hotel too. All inclusive drinks options are fantastic, the buffet doesn’t have a huge choice, can be a little hit or miss, snack bar burgers are tasty! The hotel is opposite the marina and a little stroll to the local beach too. Marina is filled with excellent restaurants, we choose to eat out every night and was spoilt for choice with what was on offer. Those travelling with little ones, shop opposite stocks nappies, wipes, food pouches, snacks etc there is also a pharmacy across the road for any other bits you may need. We took a day trip out to Cuitadella, bus stop opposite hotel which takes you into the beautiful town - definitely recommend. 100% recommend this hotel for young families, staff and cleanliness huge stand out!

A wonderful hotel from the very start,the staff were amazing. From the very helpful receptionist to the amazing and very energetic animation team.. a special shout out to Andre. The bar staff were so cheerful and the restaurant staff were always professional, efficient, happy and willing to assist. The rooms where spotless as were the pool areas. We would highly recommend this hotel. Ps there was no rush to get the subbed in the morning either

Last year was our first experience of M****nses and came back this year as we had so much fun. We also met a family on our last night who came back the second time just like us. For this year, we booked an apartment with the Sensiland view and it was amazing and convenient. Our little one had access to the pool all day by just stepping off the terrace. Food, evening entertainment, staff were all amazing.

Hotel and grounds fantastic, clean and maintained (buggy access to all parts) Pools both adult and children’s splash park fantastic, plenty of space no waiting for loungers (may change through the year) Restaurant food of a good standard for all inclusive some times a little cold but mostly ok. Staff all hard working and very attentive. (High chairs available) Room (one bed apartment for us) Plenty of space, modern and adequate for four people, (cleaned twice a week by the friendly staff) TV in main room with fridge and small kitchen. We requested ground floor and bath in which both were offered. Snack bars (two) one at each pool serving a basic bite to eat burgers, hotdogs, chips aswell and bread, cheese, ham, fruit and a selection of cakes. (Ice cream available all day) Sensi crew (animation team) friendly, energetic and will make your kids holiday should you wish to get involved. Ours are three and 8 months so only did mini disco but loved it. Location is great about one hour from the airport. Direction across the road is a pharmacy snd you are 200m from the marina with lots of bars and restaurants. The beach is about 1KM small but nice. Only negatives for us - Evening dinner starts at 7pm Kids mini disco 8:30pm (Late for younger children but you may be more relaxed on holiday) Would recommend to most Menorca is beautiful.

Nice clean hotel. Staff very efficient. Food was good and plenty of choice. Would only recommend this hotel if you have children, as it was noisy in the restaurant at times!.

Hotel needs to be down graded from a four star!!! Will not visit again despite the upgrade. Changes need to be made….
