Located at Rogues Point on the Yorke Peninsula being an easy drive from Adelaide, just metres from the ocean and a boat ramp at the end of our beach.Ardrossan is only five minutes by car with two good hotels for a counter meal and a drink, the local Foodland has everything you will need along with a chemist, liquor and hardware store, butcher plus a bakery in town as well.Our holiday home is small but cosy, featuring two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bathroom, kitchen with a side by side refrigerator and filtered water and ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine (please BYO coffee pods), an eat in dining area located to the side of the kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with a large flat screen TV. There is a reverse Cycle air con unit plus ceiling fans. A renovated 3 bedroom home with everything you need! Only 1.5 hours from Adelaide, this split level home is a short walk, and even shorter drive from the beach. Located one street back from the beach, you can see the water from the front deck, and watch the sun set over farmland from under the back pergola. With a full functioning kitchen, including a massive gas oven and dishwasher, air conditioning, wood fire, washing machine and roomy lounge to relax on, this is your home away from home. The King size bed in the spacious Master Bedroom gives a sense of luxury, with the 2nd bedroom having a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom having 2 single beds (and 2 trundle beds) for the kids. Ample room in the backyard for the kids to run around and play, and the adults can relax by the fire pit at night. Head to Ardrossan to walk the jetty, find a playground or just relax with a coffee at Wilmas on the Yorke cafe. Comfortable home located a stone throw away from the lovely sandy beach of Port Vincent and central to all amenities. The home has a solar heated pool for summer lazy days and an indoor fire place for that winter chill.The home is offered as a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom at the price advertised, or, with a 5th bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor for an additional $100 per night. Should you wish to have the 5th bedroom please send a message indicating your choice and an invoice will be sent to you via the Stayz site for the additional fee.
