The couples massage was absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness, the ambiance and staff is very friendly too. The therapist Nuch did my massage which was very relaxing as i specifically requested a soft sleepy, relaxing massage. She was the best. As for my husband, the therapist is called Em and she did a sports massage to release the muscle tension which was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! 10/10

This hotel was one of the best places we have stayed at. The room was beautiful and everything was top notch. Nora at the front desk provided such great customer service! We had everything we needed and more here! Robert escorted us to our room when we forgot something after check out. He was reassuring and very nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Good service provided by Walid he was so nice and he provided everything I needed thank you Walid for everything I also liked the hotel and I’ll come back again for sure but please make sure to provide cold water because it’s very hard to drink room temperature water

it’s my first experience here i asked for a tour at the midnight for me and my family and the staff didn’t hesitate to show us Hospitality, Walid was so informative about the Spa service and everything we explored the Spa the Kids club and the restaurant we really liked the place even though its small like a garden but it’s green and beautiful.

Just had a great time doin Turkish Hamam and massage with NUCH she was very polite and explained everything very well, such a great first time experience and would not be the last. The massage includes very well chosen oils that made me relax after a long week

I had the best experience with " nuch" in thai massage, very relaxing for body and mentally. You can come early for a great experience to enjoy the facility and to walk around the resort, I'm sure you will meet great people they are help full, and you can enjoy the gym it has all the equipment you well need for only 180 day pass. They have a great pool area.

We had amazing time in mayson we really enjoyed the time with family and friends and by the end of the night we had amazing service by waled he was so helpful we asked for connecting tv with phone it didn’t work and he fix for us the apple tv so we can watch our favorite tv show thank you so much

Eliane and her team did a wonderful job on my engagement that happened on March 7. The entire team was very well organized and extremely professional in the way they interacted with all of our guests and family. Eliane put in a lot of thoughtful details in everything that she touched, from the way she set up the buffet to the timeline she laid out for us. She was hands on from 12pm-11:30pm. She made sure that we were well taken care by ensuring that my guests and I were satisfied throughout the day. Eliane and her team, including house keeping team were like a breath of fresh calming air that helped to ease my undercover engagement jitters throughout the day...for that, I will always be thankful to her and her team. I cannot thank you enough Eliane, you are a star... Loved the way you took such great care of us!! You deserve all the best in your career :)
