The one star is for breakfast, the best I had touring around Jordan but that’s where the good stops, glad I was only here for one night. The corridors and rooms stank of stale smoke, the room along the corridor puffing away to add to it - what happened to no smoking? The room itself was in permanent darkness due to window facing directly on to a black wall with plastic leaves; not a shred of daylight to be seen though they did choose to put electric lights on the wall to light up your room at night - whose bright idea was that? Noisy due to children running up and down the corridors screaming, altogether thoroughly unpleasant.

The location was unbeatable. Situated in middle of aqaba, it offered easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. No need for expensive taxis or long walks - most sights were within a comfortable strolling distance. My room, though not overly spacious, was perfectly functional and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.

It was the worst stay in this hotel. My experience was bad.. First they gave me a room overlooking the opposite wall and I asked the reception to change it and I took from the reception the key to the new room and asked them to take my bag to it and I left the hotel and spent most of the time outside the hotel and when I returned to the hotel and entered the room I found the water bottle half full and we did not drink anything from it.And air condition wasn’t working at all .. I called the receptionist and they sent one of the maintenance department but unfortunately he couldn’t fix it and we slept with no Ac .. I stayed there before but wasn’t like this . This time time was really bad experience .. I booked by phone ..

I go in Bakery shop in Lacosta. They have great pastry and tasty cake. Aileen Babatid give us good service. Nice Location. It's beside of the busy street of aqaba. Sure we will come back again. I recommend this place for everybody.

Excellent place to stay with comfortable room,clean and beautiful view in the middle of city. This standard nice room,free wifi and nice breakfast.From the hotel we can access to the city.At the receptionist,thank you so much to miss Widi,welcome us with the smile and friendly. Great hotel in the city center, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, nice fitness center, great view from the room to the mountains and the idelani center for travelers. Close to excellent restaurants and shops, bakery, car rental.🙂🩵🩷🇯🇴

We stayed for one night as part of our tour, the location is ok it has lots of restaurants and things around it, it was very clean the rooms are great, the staff are very friendly, the food is ok, this was great for us as part of a tour as we had an afternoon at the beach which was a 15 minute drive away from the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and always smells amazing! The room is comfortable and cozy enough to rest after a long day at the beach, my experience got much better by the excellent service provided by Mr. Ibrahim who works at the dining area (restaurant) , he was friendly, very helpful and has excellent service skills , he made our breakfast more enjoyable everyday with such characters to start the day with! Wish to reward him by the management and please pass by our special thanks to him and his efforts! Thank you also to the staff and their efforts!

This a standard nice hotel with comfortable rooms, correct breakfast, free parking, good WiFi and efficient front desk. Excellent location in the middle of town and close to sea. We have got a complimentary upgrade which was nice. Small bakery with good coffee in the lobby. No problem and good quality price ratio. No swimming pool and no alcohol. Would recommend.
