City Tower Hotel

Very well located hotel opposite the old castle ruins and the historical museum about the Arab spring. Great rooms with all amenities and extremely helpful staff! Ismael made traditional foul for me at breakfast, as well as the delicious coffee with cardamon. Highly recommended!

Room is very comfy, Location is so convenient for everything in a walking distance,, beaches, shopping, entertaining, Restaurant, Staffs a very friendly and helpful. We had dinner here as a big group. the food was very delicious , Food preparation and presentation were very impressive. Tonight was very special for X mas away from home. The restaurant chef provided us with traditional x mas meals, super tender & tasty turkey and lamp. Delicious desert and salad bar. I highly recommend this awesome place to everyone. The hotel is perfectly located by the sea, the view from the upper rooms is amazing (palm trees, sea, boats). The room was very clean, spacious and the beds are so comfortable you can feel like a princess. The hot water was a blessing (compared to other hotels in Jordan where this was a problem). The wifi signal was very bad in the room, but in the bathroom it was full signal😄 The food selection was impressive, multiple options and delicious desserts. The staff was very well trained, friendly and polite. It was my birthday one day and my best friend and a waitress planned a surprise for me. Her request was just a candle she wanted to put on top of a cake from the many choices in that sweet corner. Instead, the waitress went to the kitchen and asked the chef to make a small cake. It was an amazing gesture and I will never forget this celebration. The cake was delicious even if it was made in a hurry. They put on some birthday music and came out with the cake and singing. It was a memorable experience, and my wish before blowing out the candle on the cake was to always be surrounded by such wonderful people.

The hotel is near the red sea view the place is neat and clean , rooms are spacious, the food is great and tasty and had alot of options you can choose from, whether what type food you prefer the crew is more than willing to accomodate our request.

Huge room, clean and comfortable. It's a pitty that the hotel without being full they gave us a room with a building view instead of the sea view Friendly staff, specially Liezl in the restaurant, she was SUPER nice when we went for 3 dinners. They have the best food with lot of variety comparing to the rest of hotels we stayed in Jordan Climate swimming pool quite big but saunas werent working when we stayed there

This hotel is well located right in front of the Castle and revolution square. Upscale boutiques as well as the souq are right next to it. The room was clean and spacious. Nevertheless, the service is above all. Staff is very friendly making sure you have everything you need. Ismael, who works at the restaurant, took time to show us how to mix all the ingredients to strike a perfect jordanian breakfast. The chef came every day to make sure food was to our taste.

We spent one night here during our tour of Jordan. We're arrived in the morning and while we were dropping our bags off we were invited to help ourselves to the breakfast buffet which was a lovely touch. The room was good with a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent. Also the hotel is in a very good location.

So nice food and drink also good sirveces so clean, ma sarap fantastic baby.. They staff friendly and they are good they are helping us specifically in restaurant department we going out it's so nice the place here in aqaba we recommend this hotel
