Everything was clean and tidy however the pullout couch/bed was all stained up and not so clean. But other than that it was clean and tidy.

Great hotel. Are only problem is we stayed there for the purpose of my daughter swimming in the pool. When we arrive I’m told the pool is shut down do to someone damaging it. Obviously it was too late and we had to stay there because I wasn’t able to get a refund because I went through *******. Very disappointed to watch my daughter being so excited and not be able to swim

Nice room but the heater only blew cold air. Temperature in room was okay but sleeping next to the heater was uncomfortable. Pillows also too thick so my head was propped up. Had to sleep on my side to compensate. Also WiFi was only for one item. Made that difficult as I couldn’t get WiFi for computer, phone and Kindle. Nice breakfast, nice size room. Very convenient, friendly, excellent service

The hotel is nestled in the mountains but not near anything (in terms of amenities). It was quiet enough and the front desk person was lovely. That said, there was a dirty sock left on the air conditioner in our room as well as crumbs on the carpet. I wiped down all the surfaces myself. I expected better given the good reviews here on *******.

The staff were really nice! The breakfast was good and convenient. Arrived at night, so we were pleasantly surprised by the view the next morning! 😊

My only complaint is the walls are thin. The man in the room next door was snoring loudly and I could hear it in my room.
