Overall the hotel is wonderful. The bathroom not too spacious and the head shower and water pressure not good as your vave to stand very close to the wall to get the water coming out from the shower head.

The property is a short walk away from the center of Antigua. Less street noise is very noticeable. The food options are few. The food was very good though. Just prepare to wait a bit for your order to arrive. Prices were average with other places around Antigua. We were originally given a room on the second floor and upon check-in placed on the ground floor. We requested to be put back on the second floor. Much better amenities. TV was updated and actually worked. Had a coffee maker in the room and a few other things. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Room cleaning was not done daily per our request. Definitely worth the price considering the cost of similar hotels in Antigua.

The mattresses were so hard and stiff, it was like sleeping on top of a wooden floor. It was impossible to get a good night sleep and feel rested to enjoy the beautiful sights of Antigua Guatemala.

The hotel is a little way out of town - fine if you have a car. It has all the basics.
Half the rooms look onto the family pool, and Club Cubana, which has loud music playing the entire day - so be aware of that if you don’t want constant noise. I requested to be moved, which they did with no issue.
The rooms are pretty dark. No coffee facilities, or fridge - and there is a ‘no outside food or drinks policy’ which I assume is intended to force you to eat and drink the overpriced, mediocre offerings in the hotel. The food really isn’t great, and a simple coffee takes 20 minutes to arrive and tastes cheap (despite being $5).
There is a great supermarket just a bit further down the road, with coffee shops and ice cream parlours etc which is definitely worth a visit if you don’t want to hike into town but want something of high quality.

The hotel is nice, bathrooms could be updated. The staff is nice but they don’t speak much English. Location is good, 15 min walk or 5 min drive from the center.

The staff was the best part, they were so kind and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet around despite how busy was the hotel. My only complaint was that the sauna area was not very clean, the toilets were a bit dirty and smelly, and seems like they haven’t changed the water of the hot tub in a while. The food was a bit pricey but for the convenience and safety it was okay. Again, the best part was the staff and each of them were too kind and sweet. Thank you for making our trip pleasant.

Fabulous! Property is beautiful and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food was great. Absolutely loved it!
