I understand this is a budget hotel, but that doesn’t warrant the rudeness and uncleanliness! As soon as I walked into the hotel I was, I wouldn’t even say greeted more like grunted at by a rude receptionist, walked into my room and was hit with the strongest smell of smoke and body odour it made me heave! I tried to make the best of a bad situation opened the doors sprayed around some perfume and deodorant and tried to overlook it, there is an ashtray left on the dressing table which implies that they allow smoking in the rooms which you’re of course not made aware of upon booking. As a female solo traveller I was quite nervous and generally not one to complain anyway so felt uncomfortable in doing so. There is a building site next door with constant noise all day long, and you can hear word for word what the people in the room next door were saying. So first night going to bed, bed is full of hairs obviously left by previous guests so bedding clearly not changed, this is when I did decide to go to reception and say something. They said they couldn’t do anything about it until tomorrow. My lovely neighbours were obviously having a great time with a little room party until around 3am. Again I thought overlook it there just having a nice time ect but the same happened the following night so after 2 nights no sleep, I went to reception and asked about changing rooms and they just stared at me and shrugged. The most interaction I got from any of the staff was being shouted at when I walked in with a bottle of water I’d brought from outside of the hotel. So after two days no sleep, still the same dirty bedding, and not wanting to be overly confrontational because I was on my own, I decided to check out and go elsewhere.

Basic but does the job, Rooms could do with an upgrade, New restaurant opened next door with good steaks, Breakfast could be better, Good for watching aircraft if that’s your Hobby., Note pool is closed in March, Walkway down to the beach, a water fall and coffee shops very nearby in the local park.

Hotel was like being at school. As you check in they have a notice on the desk top. No food or drink to be brought in from out side the hotel. You can get food drinks and snacks at the bar or restaurant 24/7. I couldn’t even get a coffee at 12 midday Husbands bag was taken from him when he walked in to the reception because he had just brought a bottle off water a can off monster and a pit off Pringles from over the road.

Lost for words to be honest and difficult to know where to start. This is a real holidays from hell experience with an active 16+ hour building site next door, £7-£10 for a 33cl bottle of beer and anything upto £22 for a spirit!! Food is also at a premium too and really wouldn't go there if you value your health for the duration of your stay. It is FORBIDDEN to bring any food or drink in from the outside and have heard from other guests that they have been having a tug o war with reception staff who try to enforce this. Breakfast is often shared with stray cats who jump up onto the tables to finish any left overs and as for having a hot shower prior to this, well, only once out of 6 days as water is barely warm and that's if you like the smell of sewage!! On mentioning this to staff, we were told, well, you had it yesterday 🤣🤣 Pure theatre!! The Manager doesn't have the balls to come out and face you to address any of the above issues and appears to be running some sort of dictatorship here. In a nutshell, don't do it folks and if on a dental package, double check where you a staying first as this s**te hole will ruin your holiday for sure!! It is quite a shock to see that this place still remains on various Hotel booking platforms and I would say best remove it soonest!!

We visited for a 3 night break midweek. The accommodation and food were fine. We had a sea view bedroom with great views although it’s directly under the airport approach so aircraft flying over every 80 seconds. Our main issue was when we asked for a table at the restaurant we were told “pick your table”. We finished our meal (which was excellent) and then when having our drinks asked to move as someone had booked that table. That’s very SHABBY and a let down. That’s NOT what you expected t from a hotel of this standard. Also the length of time for waiter service was far too long.

Jus come home from this hotel , wot can I say lovely pool area and restaurant , waiters can’t do enough for u put ur hand up and here they come to take our order and bring our drinks to us . They don’t stop all day . The views r amazing from this hotel . Restaurant does beautiful food too . Small shop near by . Don’t sell a lot . Waterfalls r 10 min walk so amazing

I booked into this hotel as I was having dental work done. On arrival the reception was ok, staff quite rude to be honest. Room - Well, what can I say, my room was sea facing, so nice view, albeit, building work being carried out. The room was very small, the bed was so hard, pillows the same. The aircon was so noisy, but I had to leave it on all night, as the hotel is so hot. Bathroom, very dated. The room was terrible, I could hear next door eating crisps the walls were so thin. Not good!!! Suffice to say, I didn’t sleep. Breakfast - Ok, to be fair, but basic. I stayed 1 night and left. I would not recommend, to stay here.

I came to this hotel for 5 nights whilst having dental treatment. The hotel was clean enough, rooms very dated, no English TV channels, the air-con is terrible it was extremely hot at night time. The walls are paper thin you could hear every word the neighbours were saying, and unfortunately, my neighbours were let’s just say ‘very active in the bedroom’ 🤢 it sounded as though they were in the same room as me - awful!! Pool area and the view is absolutely unreal, such a nice vibe too in the bar area of La’Vera. There’s nothing nearby to do though, the area is very derelict and the building work going on directly next door was rather loud & annoying (not the hotels fault I know but bare this in mind that there is constant banging from early morning all throughout the day). Overall, my stay was average, i wouldn’t return but the hotel served its purpose for the short time I was there.

Stayed at the hotel whilst having work done in Turkey, I wouldn’t even give this hotel a 1 rating but you can’t do Zero sadly. The hotel plays such loud banging music to 1.30am it’s so loud I swear, the drum beats were shaking my room. The rooms are so cheap and dated and nothing works, no hot water for a shower and the air conditioning is beyond bad. AVOID AT ALL COST. For any solo women travelling for treatment, the local men are creepy and please be careful. The hotel wants payment up front for everything, please avoid.

I arrived for a treatment in Turkey and was accommodated in this hotel.one or two members of the staff were nice, I can say that the majority of them were arrogant, calculating and only interested in your money; hospitality and service ethics are nowhere in their reading.there was an example where we got to my room from the beach without even taking a shower and they knocked to say that we paid less on the beach and that we should pay another thousand lira because today is Sunday and that this is not a good amount that they entered. I watched with wide eyes..the next day, there was no room in the restaurant, so we were seated by the pool and could order there. We had to pay the bill in advance before we ate.. and I could list what they ate.. I don't recommend it to anyone..

We were there for two nights. The location is good. But the Wifi is really terrible. In my whole life, the worst wifi ever in a hotel. They said, for the better wifi, need to buy the packages. The first expierence like that. The staffs are also not so nice.

Clean hotel , swimming pool with amazing sea view. Hotel has friendly staff from reception Ozhan , other guy can’t remember his name and the lady who help to translate / directions/calling cab too. Don’t forget to visit bar downstairs you will find ‘ UMIT’ the great man with good soul who can make you laugh all night/ great food and turkey tea😀 also asked him questions if you want to visit places, also great chief 🙏🏽
