Went to this hotel with my family and I would not recommend this to anyone. The room had 1 double bed and 3 single beds, but the bathroom was not adequate for a family. It was very small and very dirty, and the smell was horrendous. We had to keep the light on which kept the fan on to extract the bad smell. The doors do not close and have to be slammed. Once closed, I had to push the door to engage the lock but my wife and children could not do this so the bathroom door was never locked throughout week. This was to all the doors in our room!!! I noticed this to be the case in other rooms as we could hear people constantly banging doors. This was very annoying especially at night. I don’t think the walls have proper insulated as you could hear other guests’ conversations. My wife asked the reception for a iron and was advised the hotel only has 1 iron and they would get this over to us in an hour. The following morning my wife asked again, and we were advised to go across the road and buy one from the mall. As we are a family of 5, we thought it would be best if we just bought one rather than getting in the hassle of using 1 iron between all the guests at the hotel. This was the first day!! The room was very dirty, so we requested the room to be cleaned. The following morning, my wife and daughters noticed some makeup missing from their makeup bags which where pit in the cupboard. The makeup were from top brands and expensive. Once ready, we went down to the reception and asked for the manager. This was on a Sunday and we were told to come back in the morning as no manager work on the weekends. The following day, the manager advised this was the first time anything had been stolen and he would get the police and look into the cctv. He assured us not to worry but to wait till Wednesday. We had to leave on Saturday morning and on Thursday we were handed over a note from the reception who advised us to contact the police ourselves as they could not help us with the theft. As we where on holiday and we did not want to ruin our holiday, we did not take any further action. On that Sunday when we noticed the stolen makeup, the same cleaner knocked our door and asked for the iron. We told her this was ours which we bought from the mall. We placed the iron in the cupboard and this proved she had been in the cupboard, going through our belongings. This was very disturbing. This was also notified to the management, but they still did nothing to compensate us. This is very shocking as we travel to Turkey every year and nothing has been stolen before. We had to constantly lock our luggage every time we left the room. Me and my family regularly travel and of course things do happen but Tamara Business Hotel has to be the worsts hotel ever. We asked the reception for two extra pillows and it took 2 days of constant visit to the reception to have this done. Very very bad hotel no hygiene very rude staff worst condition and that was 4 star hotel how? We were confused that On our next day we leave the hotel and shifted to another hotel when we checking out they were behaving very bad very bad staff of hotel even that was not family hotel..

Tamara Business Hotel is a real gem in the heart of Antalya. It is located in an enviable position and is within 5 minutes of walking distance to Mark Antalya Shopping Mall, Muratpasa Cami/Mosque, and Muratpasa Tram Station. Ozge, Cihan, Serhat and Bayram are the wonderful reception staff members and they are always pleasant, friendly, helpful and supportive and competent. The restaurant and cleaning staff are very hard working and provide a high standard of service. The bedrooms have a double bed and are cosy and comfortable. The tasty breakfast buffet offers both Turkish and continental cuisine. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I would strongly recommend Tamara Business Hotel for a very pleasant, restful and relaxing break. It is a real pleasure and a great treat to pamper yourself and stay in this lovely Hotel. Hanif

L'hôtel est horrible. Il y a un manque d'hygiène total : les draps, la chambre, le matelas, tout est sale. Probleme de climatisation dans la majorité des chambres J'avais réservé en formule petit-déjeuner inclus (LPD), le petit-déjeuner est très médiocre et le personnel est désagréable. Le seul point positif c'est son emplacement stratégique

Konum ve temizlik açısından güzel .. İyi personel hoş hizmet .. kahvaltı ve hamam bölümünü özellikle tavsiye ediyorum.. resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok ilgilendi. Kendisine burdan teşekkür ederim. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
