Beautiful large hotel. Truly a 5 star JW Marriott hotel. Nice and cozy.

it was a pleasant experience to stay here, amnesties especially the service, everyone is friendly and accommodating. we been helped by Sprite to upgrade the room with a golf course view he was thorough and really helpful. i am grateful for their help. i give him a 5 star for being helpful and knowledgeable of what he is doing. truly it was a great experience staying here.

Nice hotel, very nice landscape and golf course in front of the hotel. Sufficient car parking and also lot of possibly for high voltage charging for EV. Location is quite convenient

Everything was very good. Service was great.

This is an excellent hotel and I highly recommend it. The view is magnificent, and food is delectable. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Ms Lorry who helped us sort out some issues with our breakfast coupon and made our stay very pleasant.

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure

The hotel advertises with their golf resort facilities. But as a cuatomer of the hotel the hotel has nothing to do with this golf park. We booked the hotel because of the large green area around the hotel where we wanted to have a walk. Instead we were sent to the main road by security guard. The main road for walk sorry. Further more the western restaurant was closed. Make that information available. The other restaurant was not very good. Im a professional traveler over Europe Africa Middle East and all over Asia

Very good stay

想來安吉jw萬豪裏面了，今年春節滿懷期待地來體驗，略失望，主要體現在以下： 1. 衞生狀況堪憂。本人入住時習慣清潔衞生間，當然沒有到潔癖的程度，但是馬桶擦出來黃色的東西，連擦兩張都有。噁心的我要求換房，酒店態度不錯立刻應允，但還是不能釋懷。 2. 設施老舊。老舊吹風機的冷風必須一直按住，否則燙的頭皮發痛；游泳池沒有温水泡池；房間的木質衣架被固定，取不下來，這個世道來住酒店的真心不會拿這“昂貴的實木衣架”。 3. 不夠便利。地面停車場離酒店距離較遠，需要坐僅有一輛的擺渡車。如果擺渡車沒來，你就得等，或者自己扛着行李步行上坡下坡。較近的地下停車場要收費的，實在費解。 4. 早餐貧乏。食品種類少，島台少。 優點也説説吧。 1. 大堂有免費小點心提供，我吃到了餈粑，據説之前還提供過牛肉餅。 2. 風景屬實不錯，前提是住在高層，且不是乞丐房。 3. 連廊有飼養的小鸚鵡，挺可愛的。

每回來安吉，基本都會入住萬豪酒店，是我的第一首選，這次來，體驗感更加好，前台John帥哥熱情周到，講解清晰，動作迅速，知道我們入住過多次，還幫我們升級了房間，房間自帶大陽台，景色宜人，還能看到高兒夫球場，美的不得了，太喜歡了。春節期間，酒店還有很多活動，小朋友可以學做手工，寫福字，玩的很開心。中餐廳也特別好吃，長者和小朋友都吃的很舒服！下次還會再來哦！

安吉的酒店體驗了不少，Indigo新點但冬天沒法游泳。JW雖老但對得起老牌度假村的牌子，有完善的基礎設施和服務，在過年期間也能準時享用美味的晚餐，房間也夠大，雨天好好鍛鍊了牌技。 值班經理Caspar訓練有素，技能專業，讓我們全家有了回家的感覺。萬家燈火時，萬豪當家回！
