We have just had a truly amazing week at the hote the staff were so very warm particularly the ladies and chef at the thalassos beach front bar (giouli, irini and her young colleague)The food the whole experience was truly wonderful and we would like to thank you. The beach was so clear to snorkel awks along the beach with our 18 and 20 year old children has been precious. Giving our children memories means everything and we hope to come back soon.

We had such a lovely time here recently. The staff were very welcoming and the lady who looked after our two daughters most mornings at the kids club was wonderful. She really made the girls feel settled straight away so we could relax for an hour or two in the morning. The food and cocktails at the resort were very good and there was pizza, slush puppies and other food available throughout the day. Rooms were fine and had everything you need. The maid was superb and everything was perfectly maintained every day. Lots of pools and a couple of smaller pools for our 3 year old.

This was our second holiday to Mitsis Cretan Village in less than 12 months. Such an exceptional hotel in every aspect. Throughout the day there are plenty of activities to do for anyone, any age. These range from darts, zumba to sunset yoga. The entertainment at night is phenomenal, starting off with a mini disco to amazing shows such as cabret, latin dancing and music performances. This, the food, the rooms, the cats were amazing, but what topped everything is the wonderful staff. We could list many individuals as they are all so good, though would like to mention one person in particular 'Nagy.' What a fabulous barman and person. Every hotel should definitely have a Nagy. My only suggestion to improve the hotel would be to look after these wonderful staff more, and in particular give Nagy some help to collect the glasses whilst he prepares the delicious drinks. We stayed one week and Nagy never stopped. Thank you again Nagy and Cretan Village. We'll be back to see you again soon.

I went on holidays here for 1 week. Truly wonderful experience. The sea is great the sun is shining and you can get your much needed rest. If you like drinks I can wholeheartedly recommend visiting fontana bar on the premises of the resort. The bartender that is working there called Nikos makes great drinks. I truly enjoyed his mojitos. All in all you won't regret coming here.

I came to this place first time and I can say it’s amazing. Really love it. Everything is wonderful for me. Especially the service. The bartender in Fontana named Nikos is the best bartender in the hotel really. He can make for you the best coffe and mohito. Also lifeguard Theo an amazing guy. He takes care about everything near the pool. ❤️❤️❤️

This was one of the best vacations ever. The hotel is perfect. The personal was so helpful, friendly and smiling 😀. The animation team was great, so funny and active. We were with two kids 4 and 8 years and they couldn’t wait for mini disco and entertainment show every evening. The food was good, tasty and 24 hours 😀, perfectly, especially, if you go with children. Big, beautiful, and green area with many swimming pools for adults and children. We love especially pizza, ice cream, and all-day-long crepes. The room was in Greek style, with white and blue colors and a picturesque view of the garden and sea. The beach was one of the best I’ve ever been, a big, wide beach with small pebbles and crystal-clear water.

Beautiful resort and wonderful staff. There was plenty of space with beautiful pools spread over the resort with no problems getting a sun lounger. Right on the beach with again loads of sun loungers. There was a really good variety of food suiting all tastes and the staff in every part of the resort were extremely pleasant and helpful and very polite. Really enjoyed our time at Mitsis Cretan village and would definitely go again. Very happy holiday ❤️

Beautiful Holliday, the staff are amazing and so friendly. the food was brilliant, they had a new theme every night with a wide selection of food!! The rooms were clean and always stocked with a beautiful view of the well kept gardens and beach. The village has 5 pools each with a bar with a Variety of amazing drinks!! The beach is just a few steps away for a lovely walk or to go to the local shops. 100% recommend 10/10 service!!

We had an amazing vacation in this hotel . The stuff was amazing and made every effort to make this vacation is pleasant as possible . The beach is clear water , clean and you have great bars scattered everywhere. The food was also great with wide variety of food , two nice restaurants Greek style and fish . The main restaurant with an amazing view to the sea. There are also activity for the children and pools scattered in the hotel so it is not feel pack with people. All in all we had great experience we rent a car via the hotel and there are also buses from the hotel to discover Crete. We will for sure return to this hotel . I Am addicted to their starboard spur cocktail 😝 4-star hotel with better service than the 5 start hotel I have visited before
