We stayed at the hotel for two days. The reception handlers were quite helpful and helped us check in no time. The service was quick and seamless. The restaurant was quick to prepare dishes with great service. The veg food was better than non veg though. The bar had a good selection and the prices were good too. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was very careful with our belongings. Will recommend to stay here if you're visiting the town.

Average hotel, old rooms require upgrade of bed sheets and linen. Bathroom showers are old and not in great condition. Poor maintenance and old towels. Food quality is average.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during a business trip to the area. The hotel was very nice, good food, comfy rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly return to the hotel in future if I'm in the area again.

Wonderful Hotel. An Oasis in the coal town. Front desk is quick. the waiting officers are courteous and well behaved. The coffee chop employs differentially able staff is an extra and they serve coffee with a smile. If you ask authentic Odisha food you will definitely get. Rooms are clean, spacious. Taken care of all requirements.

The wash rooms were small, although i have booked a premium room, linen was not upto the mark, rooms were average, but the important thing is the tv was not subscribed to dth, which was quite disappointing.

Ac leaks water, Ants in food came several times. One roti had threads in it stuck in my friends teeth. Room is fine,stayed for 15 days. Breakfast disa is nice, mutton biryani is also nice. Happy to see them employ disabled staff.
