Hele mooie plek en vriendelijke mensen. Badkamer is op de gang, maar wel privé. Doordat er geen raam in de badkamer zit is luchten lastig.
Kamer groot en schoon, bed prima. Heerlijk met airconditioning. Keuken voor gezamenlijk gebruik en een balkon met een super uitzicht.

The location and view were very nice. Walking to town or to the lake was very easy. There are many restaurants nearby and all were reasonably priced. Also, we liked the outdoor balcony. The owner checked on the property both days. He was very friendly.
The shower was too small. No curtains in the window to shield all of the lights outside. There was only a sheer curtain which does not serve that purpose.
Overall, it is a fair price for the property.

Wonderful location. But that’s it. Our shower was so disgusting. It hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There were no curtains so say hello to the dawn.

Great view of the lake from one of the rooms and from communal kitchen area balcony. Lovely, very helpful host! Charming little town. The room was very basic, lack of things compare to what they advertise. No fridge or water, no mirror in the room, nor private balcony. The bathroom - although private-, but from the corridor shared by 3 bedrooms and a communal kitchen. Thats quite uncomfirtable. Wifi was good, but no tv or music at all in rooms. All in all the host was reallt good, but the actual accomodation not great. At least my room. More of a hostel feeling.

Best value in Anguillara Sabazia, which is a quiet beach town where ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’s Italy episodes were filmed. Stephano is a very gracious and attentive host. It is a simple place with great AC and a nice kitchen with all the necessities. The patio view from the Rutilia room has a world class view over the city and lake - very romantic place to hang with a glass of wine and cheese. Needs to get rid of the ants on the patio though. Otherwise, a very cool hang.

The room was beautiful! We had the one overlooking the lake and the views in the morning were fantastic. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was nice. Everything met our needs.

The property, the location snd the wonderful people made this a perfect spot. Stefano looked after everything. Veronica in the coffee shop was super friendly. She starts at 5am so it was no problem to get an early start. Andrea at Puro Enoteca across the street is definitely worth a visit too.

Lovely little home 3 room home overlooking the lake. Very comfortable. Breakfast is served at a cafe next door but you can get it to go and dine on your little patio. Rooms are locked only by a skeleton key so if you're the least bit safety conscious you might be a little nervous. Other than that, a quaint retreat.

Posto suggestivo, camere molto carine e pulite! Estrema cordialità e pazienza del proprietario, non solo con noi ma anche con i nostri 2 cani (impegnativi per mole e vivacità)! La colazione è offerta al bar sotto al B&B ed anche qui non mancano simpatia e cordialità! Torneremo sicuramente! Complimenti davvero.
