El apartamento y las instalaciones muy antiguas. Dentro del apartamento faltan muchas cosas necesarias; gel de ducha,jabón manos,trapos de cocina,jabón lavavajillas etc.

I really wished I read other reviews before I booked this hotel, but it was late and I had been driving all day.
This is possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. It is not 4 stars.
We arrived at 7pm with a grunt from the receptionist who was sat in her coat ready to go. We got our keys and headed to our room. One escalator was broken, the other sounded like it was about to do the same.
The room was dire. Plug sockets hanging off walls, brooms hanging in the toilet, the bed was concave, it was dingy etc etc
We went downstairs to complain - but alas the receptionist had gone home and the shutters had been pulled down.
We left the hotel without staying and booked a room elsewhere.
This listing for this hotel is misinformation.

Looks like is under construction, started when you open the front door to get in to the lobby is damaged, the hallway to the rooms doesn't had a finish floor, but i think is the way it is. The photos you show in the app is nothing similar to this place. Very disappointed because i trust in this app for all my vacations times, but now i feel.insecure to trust evey i see in this app.

Building was outdated however brill if only using it to sleep. Pool was clean and good facilities. The receptionists were fab, helped us a lot with anything we needed :)

All in all we must say we were disappointed. We had expected to get more for 170 € per night. We missed the air conditioning a lot. As the property was fully booked, it was hard to find a parking space. You get fresh towels only after 7 days (!), why? We had not the feeling that all surfaces were clean when we arrived. The couch bed was not very stable. The toilet room was less than 1 square meter. The reception is not operating after 9 pm. This caused some trouble when the key system failed once we came home late. The reception personnell was friendly, but it does not change our negative judgement. The position of the property near the sea is phantastic, of course.

Good location, but could have done with a bit of a clean, massive cobweb in the corner , the door handle was lose and the key was a effort getting in even after they fixed it. The location is great as was the help from Didier but if your stuff like washing up liquid and pad would be good

Great location, nice views of the sea / golf course / pool, parking included and clean bedding. That’s the positives…..
I have stayed in hostels in better condition. Really run down, poorly equipped small room (we had the family room with 2 bunk beds) no air con or fan, corridor outside the room smelt unpleasant, spa out of use, one pool had no water in. Screws in the back of the bathroom door rather than towel hangers made me smile.
Tbh I haven’t got a problem with most of the above but I do have a problem with the property marketing itself as 4 star and the pricing.
