I love this hotel. Very sleek & chic. Easy access from station zuid. Large room and bathroom. Great amenities. Their staff are very attentive.

Check in and out was seamless. Hotel staff seems unsure about if bottled water was meant to be provided daily. Sometimes it was stocked up, sometimes not, we often had to ask from concierge. The night before we checked out, a male hotel staff told us we are only entitled to bottled water on first day, as we could drink from the tap, this is confusing, no one has told us that. To contact hotel staff from the room, we need to scan a qr but had to sign up to Accor group, which I'd rather not, this made it less fuss-free when I wanted to request for bedroom slippers, cotton buds, cotton pads, I requested for them in person at the concierge. Pillows were squarish, less comfortable to rest on. Otherwise room was overall comfortable, well stocked coffee machine n tea, good shower, bathroom had a wide and deep ledge to put my toiletries, good quality shower shampoo n conditioner, body lotion. Aircon was good. Noord station had lift landing from train platform all the way to the hotel. So it was convenient to roll our luggage. Area had supermarket and some fast food n cafe nearby.

Very stylish and new hotel, cool design, lovely cosmetics in the bathroom, very delicious breakfast and coffee, helpful staff, comfortable location - easy to get city center, airport and nice and beautiful small towns like Edam, Volendam, Marken

Hotel is very close to a subway station, making it very easy to travel to any where. Hotel is pretty new and very clean, room is of adequate size.

Hotel is a 1 min walk from the nearest metro station.
Room is very modern, clean and well lit. Communication with staff is facilitated by the use of WhatsApp with quick response time even past midnight.
Only comment would be housekeeping. Crockery (cups and glasses) could be cleaned more thoroughly and organised back to its original place - tea stains from our tea drinking were still visible, saucer was left on the bedside table when the cup was already back to its original stand by the kettle.

This is the best stay I had at Amsterdam, the transportation are very convenient with 2mins walk right next to a Meteo station, food court, supermarket and the rooms size are really good with a huge desk and moveable large TV, it's just perfect plus the design of the hotel are very modern, just love it much. And the wifi connection are super good in room will be visit again if I'm at Amsterdam for sure
