We really enjoyed our stay here! It is easy to get in to the city via a short walk to the bus stop, yet so nice to stay outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was simple (no TV which was fine with us), but good internet and the most comfortable bed and a great shower. We had pizza and drinks there in the evening and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this place!

This hotel is perfect for those who enjoy a rustics setting and gorgeous Dutch design. We stayed here with our family of 5 in late August. The property is about 15 minutes by Uber/taxi from central Amsterdam. The cabins/cottages are well appointed. The property does not have enough staff and the restaurant is only available from Wednesday thru Sunday. This is a problem as they don’t even have a vending machine. The hotel has an awesome spa, really cute dog and very nice rustic units. It needs better outdoor lighting and more staff and a better food situation. While we liked it I would stay in central Amsterdam if I return here..

HEARTLESS!!! We planned to stay here for 2 nights and purchased a non-refundable rate. Unexpectedly a family member passed away, and we had to make a last-minute detour to Paris for the funeral and cut our stay short by 1 night. I pleaded with the owner via email to please make an exception and refund the last night because we couldn’t stay. We were flat out told no and not even given condolences. What disgusting behavior. I hope they never are put in a similar position and someone offers them more kindness than they were willing to extend. Meanwhile, they probably were able to sell the room to someone else, which means they got their lost revenue back. Is that even legal?

Bathroom disgusting, staff are good, good bar staff, but the bathroom is disappointing, very good welcome apart from the option I had paid for (wasn’t charged) for a villa with a view was disappointing wasn’t offered a chance to upgrade, would of gladly paid for an upgrade

Service was spot on at every opportunity. Food was delicious and the cabin we rented was exactly the peaceful retreat we were looking for So pleased with the experience and ease of booking and checking out, hope to make it back some day next time we’re in town.

Great experience in these cabins! Staff is awesome and very helpful The activities, restaurant and bar are also amazing, I highly recommend it ! Even when the weather is very bad, you still get a very relaxing and wonderful time. I will probably come back again!

We needed a room for one night before flying out of Schipol in the morning and decided to try the Unbound - because why not? Note - we had a rental car to return in the morning, which made this ideal since it's about a 15 minute drive to the airport. We stayed in a standard room which had a nice little terrace out back. We did take a walk around the property and cabins looked very cool. The room and furnishings seem like you're living in an IKEA showroom - but in a good way. Very minimal and functional. We ate dinner in the restaurant out on the deck and it was lovely. It looks out on a little marsh where we watched a heron hunting for his dinner. The restaurant menu is small but everything we had was very tasty. In all a really nice, relaxing way to spend our final night in the Netherlands. Definitely recommend as an excellent alternative to boring airport hotel.
