Location is quite isolated , no minimart nearby. On the first day of arrival, it have system problem so need to wait almost half an hour, then cannot connect to WIFI due to too many guests, and one elevator is out of order.

The room was Perfect, Area is very quite and friendly for public transport

The hotel is nicely located in a quiet, green area by the lake, but in only 20 minutes by tram you can feel the Amsterdam vibe. It’s clean and elegant, the staff at the reception and restaurant are friendly and helpful. I found hotel breakfast a bit too expensive. It’s cheaper to eat in one of the cafés nearby, especially if you don’t eat much :) The cleaning was ok, but the supply of toiletries and coffee was quite irregular. In general, it’s a very nice hotel!

It’s a good choice for business trip for solo traveller. The hotel is far but not from city center due to good tram connection. It’s quite easy and fast to get to Central station. The surroundings quiet and cozy. Some construction works is nearby but it’s not bother you.

Excellent location. The hotel seems to follow sustainable practices which is appropriated. Had a very comfortable stay!

從火車站出發 有直達的tram 26號到達附近的站 但下車後要走10分鐘左右 這次比較大風又下雨 會感覺很冷。酒店附近有超市便利店 裡面有早餐和晚餐 味道都還不錯 房間裡面有河景 天氣好的時候估計會更好。工作人員效率高態度好～

Er werken zo lijkt het maar alleen Engelstalig personeel in dit hotel, wat het soms wel iets lastiger maakt. De uitleg rondom gebruik parkeergarage kan wel wat eenduidiger. De ene receptionist legt het op de ene manier uit en de andere op een andere. Onmogelijk om een aantal lampen op de kamer aan te krijgen. De airco had wel heel veel moeite om de temperatuur omlaag te krijgen. Als het niet moet, ga ik niet voor herhaling in dit hotel.

Die Lage in IJburg ist natürlich nicht Innenstadtlage. Mit der Tram 26 ist der Centraal Bahnhof aber in ca. 20 min. gut erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt liegt zwischen der Endstation (hier gibt es auch einen Fahrkartenautomat) und dem Hotel. Durch die Erreichbarkeit mit dem ÖPNV ist eine Anreise mit Zug oder mit dem Auto, dass man im Parkhaus (es gibt günstigere Parkplätze als im Hotel selbst) lassen kann, gut möglich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es können auch Wünsche geäußert werden, die dann frisch zubereitet werden (z.B. Spiegelei, Omelett). Heißgetränke gibt es per Selbstbedienung aus dem Vollautomaten. Es gibt hier auch eine leckere heiße Schokolade. Das Zimmer sieht etwas unfertig aus. Graue Wände ohne Farbe. Es gibt keinen Schrank, sondern nur ein Regal mit Kleiderstange. Ein kleiner Tresor, einen Fernseher mit u.a. deutschen Sendern (ARD, ZDF, RTL) gibt es auch. Das Badezimmer trennt eine Milchglas-Schiebetür, die aber eine Lücke offen lässt, dass sollte man berücksichtigen, wenn man das Zimmer nicht alleine belegt. Beim Duschen wird das halbe Badezimmer nass, weil die Dusche nur zur Hälfte geschlossen ist und es keine Tür gibt. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wenn man denn beim Preis ein Schnäppchen machen kann, 200 Euro pro Nacht wäre zu viel.
