It’s a good choice for business trip for solo traveller. The hotel is far but not from city center due to good tram connection. It’s quite easy and fast to get to Central station. The surroundings quiet and cozy. Some construction works is nearby but it’s not bother you.

Excellent location. The hotel seems to follow sustainable practices which is appropriated. Had a very comfortable stay!

A little far from the centre and had to pay tax per person. Apart from it's a lovely hotel which a great view. If you drive it's easier to get to. For us taking the tram it's an 8 min walk from that tram stop. Take the number 26 to Central Station. I would stay again. Also great breakfast.

Die Lage in IJburg ist natürlich nicht Innenstadtlage. Mit der Tram 26 ist der Centraal Bahnhof aber in ca. 20 min. gut erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt liegt zwischen der Endstation (hier gibt es auch einen Fahrkartenautomat) und dem Hotel. Durch die Erreichbarkeit mit dem ÖPNV ist eine Anreise mit Zug oder mit dem Auto, dass man im Parkhaus (es gibt günstigere Parkplätze als im Hotel selbst) lassen kann, gut möglich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es können auch Wünsche geäußert werden, die dann frisch zubereitet werden (z.B. Spiegelei, Omelett). Heißgetränke gibt es per Selbstbedienung aus dem Vollautomaten. Es gibt hier auch eine leckere heiße Schokolade. Das Zimmer sieht etwas unfertig aus. Graue Wände ohne Farbe. Es gibt keinen Schrank, sondern nur ein Regal mit Kleiderstange. Ein kleiner Tresor, einen Fernseher mit u.a. deutschen Sendern (ARD, ZDF, RTL) gibt es auch. Das Badezimmer trennt eine Milchglas-Schiebetür, die aber eine Lücke offen lässt, dass sollte man berücksichtigen, wenn man das Zimmer nicht alleine belegt. Beim Duschen wird das halbe Badezimmer nass, weil die Dusche nur zur Hälfte geschlossen ist und es keine Tür gibt. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wenn man denn beim Preis ein Schnäppchen machen kann, 200 Euro pro Nacht wäre zu viel.

Not too bad but the beds are rock hard and the pillows were very lumpy and had we all had bad necks after two nights there

Nice modern hotel on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Located in a clean, new neighbourhood around 15mins from Centraal Station. Tram number 26 is 7-8mins walk from the hotel

Overall is a very good hotel and experience , however, when I come back home, I realized that no VIP arrangement as well as room upgrade mentioned

Great location with easy access to city centre with tram. Delicious breakfast and nice room with view over Ijburg and Ijselmeer. We found the mattrass a bit too firm though. Tip for hotel management: place bins outside near the entrance to somewhere else. It’s horrible to enter the hotel through a smoke curtain and it doesn’t fit within your sustainability ethos!

Nice hotel outside the bustle of the inner city which was the biggest selling point for me. If you want the action, this place is not it, but it’s only 15 min from CS on tram 26 toward Ijburg. There were nice views of the water from the room. Hotel restaurant was lovely. The bed had lots of nice pillows and the bathroom was very clean. Only downside is it’s a 5-10 min walk from the tram stop, which could be a pain for someone with a lot of luggage.

I liked the public transport connection to he city centre, and the fact that the hotel is right next to the sea. I also liked the facilities in the room, and the beds were very comfortable.
