Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

畢生住過最差的一家酒店！出發前已經在攜程全款付款，去到他們要我信用卡擔保時候扣了一千歐，讓我等待入住時候給我無端端扣了1516 歐，致電攜程，酒店説我額外預訂的，簡直無中生有！最後下去前台交涉，沒有道歉沒有解釋，説我們預訂部扣錯了，現在給你退，作為一個號稱small luxury的酒店，簡直荒唐至極！ 不建議任何中國人入住，這個酒店不喜歡中國人 也不合適帶孩子入住 這個地段酒店多得是，建議攜程自己也要體驗清楚才推薦

極佳地理位置，房間高科技設備，服務熱心周到。高端酒店中價格還算合理。 可惜二樓的餐廳沒能有機會去享受。 下次還會再住。

Tốt nhất trong số những điều tốt nhất.. nhân viên chào đón thân thiện.. phòng khá rộng rãi và sạch sẽ tuyệt vời với bể sục riêng.. nội thất tuyệt vời và quầy bar nhỏ tuyệt vời .. vị trí tốt nhất trên quảng trường Dam .. rất khuyến khích.. cảm ơn khách sạn 27 vì điều tuyệt vời kinh nghiệm

This hotel is a category in its own. We have had the most amazing stay in the incredible tower suite (602). From arrival to departure the staff made sure we had a truly unforgettable experience in this extraordinaryelegant hotel. The decor is rich and luxurious. Our suite boasted 2 bedrooms with 2 ultra luxurious bathrooms that offered steam rooms. Furthermore a wonderful living room with spectacular views of the famous Dam square. The master bedroom was in a tower room, one level up with 360 views of the city. It offered a kingsize jacuzzi and a spectacular candlelit ceiling. My advice: don’t book to many activities if you stay in this hotel and make sure you leave time to enjoy all the top notch amenities in your room as well as the F&B outlets in the hotel. It is a truly amazing experience, that is worth every penny

I don’t even know where to start in writing this review…From the moment you walk into Hotel Twenty Seven it is magical. So unique and gorgeously decorated. Then the staff starts their magic and you are whisked away to an amazing experience. I wish I could remember everyone’s names to thank them for an amazing 48 hrs. We were only staying one night but after an hour there we decided we had to stay another night. It is that amazing. Special shout out to Sammy who went out of his way to help us with everything about Amsterdam. The room…OMG!! I want to make our home look and feel like that room. The steam shower… amazing. The food at breakfast was the best we have had. And drinks at the bar always ended the day on a high note. Thank you Hotel Twenty Seven and we hope to stay there again!! Linda and Chuck N

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! I believe this is the best hotel in Europe. I have been traveling a lot, and this hotel is really outstanding. Best luxury experience! I really recommend this hotel. You go there and you will be very happy! ***

My wife and I didn't stay in the hotel but during a 4 night stay, went to the Cocktail Bar Twenty Seven on the 3rd floor on two occasions. We had no booking but it wasn't a problem. We left our coats with the concierge and used the lift. Absolutely stunning looking cocktail bar with an excellent range of cocktails and very good service. We would definitely recommend (if after dinner - and as a final drink) their chocolate cocktail......WOW! Would return in a heart beat.

If you want something unique and a lot of attention from the staff who are so nice. The breakfast included was splendid And Daisy working there was just a delight. She is what makes it so personal and classy. The people at the front desk are wonderful too. The hotel itself has a decor of chicness. I prefer more traditional but if you like Chic this is it. The building however, is traditional. It was our anniversary and they treated us wonderfully

Stayed one night prior to our stay at The Toren Hotel. Great room, great view, expensive star restaurant, nice food but not worth the money. Staff nice but not the same as at Toren, doesn't feel sincere, exaggerated. Would recommend if you prefer large rooms, but if you appreciate great service I would suggest to look somewhere else.
