Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

畢生住過最差的一家酒店！出發前已經在攜程全款付款，去到他們要我信用卡擔保時候扣了一千歐，讓我等待入住時候給我無端端扣了1516 歐，致電攜程，酒店説我額外預訂的，簡直無中生有！最後下去前台交涉，沒有道歉沒有解釋，説我們預訂部扣錯了，現在給你退，作為一個號稱small luxury的酒店，簡直荒唐至極！ 不建議任何中國人入住，這個酒店不喜歡中國人 也不合適帶孩子入住 這個地段酒店多得是，建議攜程自己也要體驗清楚才推薦

極佳地理位置，房間高科技設備，服務熱心周到。高端酒店中價格還算合理。 可惜二樓的餐廳沒能有機會去享受。 下次還會再住。

Tốt nhất trong số những điều tốt nhất.. nhân viên chào đón thân thiện.. phòng khá rộng rãi và sạch sẽ tuyệt vời với bể sục riêng.. nội thất tuyệt vời và quầy bar nhỏ tuyệt vời .. vị trí tốt nhất trên quảng trường Dam .. rất khuyến khích.. cảm ơn khách sạn 27 vì điều tuyệt vời kinh nghiệm

We booked this hotel after a week long luxury river cruise to unwind for a couple of days before flying back to Los Angeles. This hotel stay was one of the highlights of the trip. Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. Excellent service. Great restaurant and cocktails. Despite being in the middle of a very busy square the hotel's expert sound insulation was borderline magic. You simply cannot hear any of the noise outside. We slept like logs when the time came. You will love it...

I booked Hotel Twenty Seven as a surprise for my partner’s birthday, as well as drinks at the bar and the tasting menu at the Bougainville restaurant. I had very high hopes and they were absolutely met from start to finish. Upon arrival the reception staff were very lovely and welcoming. Our personal butler showed us to our suit, which was stunning. Super comfortable bed, amazing steam shower, and what a treat to be right in the middle of Dam Square but not hear any of the noise! The windows are perfectly designed for soundproof sleep. We have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels that don’t quite live up to there rating but Hotel Twenty Seven will definitely not disappoint and is by far and away the best hotel in Amsterdam (and I’ve stayed in a lot!). Planned return for this December and looking forward to it already!

We walked into the reception area quite casually and a bit early on June 9th, hoping to leave our suitcase so we could stroll around The Dam Square area before checking in. What we did not expect was the incredibly kind, laid-back yet professional welcome at reception. We had a brief chat with the two lovely ladies, whose outfits were perfectly on point if I may add, and to our surprise they offered a FOC upgrade and an early check-in. So, from our point of view, two surprises within 5 minutes of walking through the entrance door. Amazing. After taking the elevator up to the 4th floor, we were welcomed by the floor's butler. Another very warm, professional, and calm, easy-going member of the team. Who really took their time to show us the room and all its features. The attention to detail in the room is unparalleled. The friendly welcome letter, the small birthday cake, the noise blocking double windows, and the amazing bathroom, to name but a few. And the room felt very balanced, with curtains, wallpaper, lay-out, furniture, and artwork all living together purposefully. A lot of thought has been put into that, and it certainly shows. I could write a full length chapter about the 5-course taster menu we enjoyed that evening. All we can say is that we had the best dinner experience we've ever had. And we've had a few around the world. The restaurant team working that evening was exceptional. Truly. And the food simply exquisite, both in taste and presentation. We hope that Eric Toren feels his vision behind Hotel TwentySeven has been realised. Because we certainly think it has. We run our own international retail business, with one of our shops located in Amsterdam. We like to think we know how much effort it takes to execute on a vision, not just by some in the team, but by all. It's the hardest thing to achieve. And we've experienced that by staying at Hotel 27, laced with a rock 'n roll chique & cool vibe which is just right up our alley.

This was the 2nd visit to Amsterdam for me and my bestie but our first time together and celebrating her 50th birthday. Hotel Twenty Seven fit the perfect scenario for all I imagine, totally different, best location their website claims it all so with excitement we knew it was going to be good but this was another level of perfection. Stepping past the doors the wow starts, greeted immediately with warmth as the check in began. This level of excellence is unbelievable but the truly outstanding customer care isn’t something scripted, every staff member I had encountered genuinely welcomed me. I felt it and appreciate that more than I could express! Okay Room 403!!!! Truly fantastic! That initial shock when opening the door doesn’t end. The style and atmosphere then they kindly surprised set up a cake, card, flowers chocolate wine as ur trying to handle it all, ur eyes then see those 2 huge windows overlooking the main location of Amsterdam many tourists visit for pictures and I’m beyond privileged sitting on the ledge with coffee people watching. Does it get better YES! The bathroom is a dream come true!! Eucalyptus sauna come on, I’m still smiling in awe of satisfaction. I applaud whoever created this complete life changing experience from a hotel most just go to sleep in on a trip but this was a paradise u don’t want to leave. My thanks again all around! 100% my first on every single part of Hotel Twenty Seven. Good job to the boss proof u respect the team and treat them well I’m hoping because hospitality like that is a honor!

The most perfect hotel that I've ever stayed in. The hotel is in the most central location of Amsterdam. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. The staff is amazing! Breakfast at the hotel should not be missed. The bar is wonderful. Cannot thank the hotel enough for a wonderful stay.

From the moment we stepped inside, the service was impeccable. We felt welcomed and everyone was so friendly. Casey and Sammy offered great tips and helped us make a reservation at Restaurant Bougainville for dinner. The rooms are luxurious and elegant. The bed was very cozy and the location is ideal. Our room faced the plaza but no matter what time of day, our room stayed super quiet. Breakfast was cooked to order along with other items they brought to your table. It was delicious and you won’t leave hungry! This was our favorite hotel stay of anywhere we have stayed. We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

A poor experience in the awful Extreme Wow Suite at the W Amsterdam led to us frantically seeking alternate accommodations during our weekend visit for my husband's 50th birthday. As we generally prefer smaller boutique hotels with lively bars/restaurants, I immediately checked my Tablet Hotels app for their list of "Happening" Amsterdam hotels. Having previously seen great reviews online of Bar TwentySeven, the appearance of Hotel TwentySeven on that list caught my eye. We decided to stop in for breakfast and conduct further diligence on hotel options as we ate. However, immediately upon entering Hotel TwentySeven, bellman Sammy and front desk agent Sam offered welcomes so warm we knew immediately that we had found "our place." From Sammy personally collecting our luggage from the W while providing excellent recommendations on nearby sites, to Sam quickly and efficiently handling all details of our booking, to the amazing Bougainville staff who not only concocted an incredible off-the-menu avocado toast but remembered our order precisely the following day, to our attentive butler who went above and beyond at all turns, Hotel TwentySeven exceeded every expectation we had for a city hotel. The Grand Terrace Suite offered the perfect mix of luxury and comfort with a chic living area, bedroom and fabulous terrace overlooking the square. Hotel TwentySeven not only nailed the big things (high quality furnishings and comfortable beds) but also the little things...fabulous linens, uber-luxury bath products (Lanvin and Lalique), excellent wine and champagne in the mini bar, and room service that was (quite literally) Michelin-starred. And beyond the fabulous quality of the hotel itself, the amazing staff added that something extra that transforms an experience from great to perfect. Everyone with whom we interacted was not only friendly, but knowledgeable, warm and clearly focused on ensuring all guests have the best stay possible. Many thanks to the Hotel TwentySeven for a truly extraordinary stay...we cannot wait to return.
