Hotel price too good, cheap and best quality and all staff very cooperative but one thing soft drinks and snacks not available in hotel

Located near coal depot, at times, no proper space to enter. Sanitation was poor, asked ti clean wash room, even door mat was full of dust and mud. No extra bed was provided, compelled to accommodate 3 persons on one double bed. Room size was small, 3 persons can not even move freely in the room, forget about essential baggage usage. We have been cheated to charge rs, 1700- per, day on the name if deluxe room, we seek minimum rs. 1500, refund from tariff will never ever stay in sych a poor hotel m city anritsar in future trips

Hotel location is good But all night I am not sleeping in my room other gust drinking and loudly speak all night my room booked in two nights out I am check out Check out in one night

Hotel is situated at prime location and near to railway station, i have booked family suite room for five person, room is spacious, clean and hygiene.

Bedsheets were not cleaned properly, had stains in pillows and bedsheets. Cupboard was not at all clean having 2 used dirty glasses. Dust bin was having foul smell. In bathroom bucket with mug both were cracked. Really it’s a waste to stay in such type of hotel

Hotel is very near to railway station. Budget and pocket friendly hotel. Simple rooms with air-conditioning and hot water facility. They do not provide food. But u can have meals at kundan dhaba which is adjacent to hotel. Recommend if you want a short stay in a decent budget.
