An average hotel. Service average. Worst part is that a mouse was running around the restaurant. Actually the price should be refunded.

Hotel is good. Room is small but can accommodate one extra matress. Good hygiene and well maintained.

The overall experience was good. However there might be a few points on which we can except some improvement. Like on one of the room the fan was not working, on changing that room i've got one with a noisy ac. Then finally i've had the one with every comfort available. Would definitely recommend this to my contacts in future.

I will do this hotel justice and fair on the basis of the pictures and the false positive reviews advertised. Prior to this stay, I've stayed in ONLY 5-Stars hotel and so its not a fair comparison but this hotel was the reason that I decided to give in and visit this town. Had it not been the hotel I'd probably skip it., Let me elaborate on this point more... I did want to see Amritsar but if there was no good hotel I'd have skipped it. In India I'd only visit a town if there is a good accomodation there. To start, horrible rooms, dirty and so many bad things with the rooms, no safe-deposit box, dirty hotel, and dirty rooms as well as subpar front desk. It was so bad that I skipped the so-called breakfast to avoid having to get sick again in the trip. THE ONLY positive thing is that there was a nice Starbucks nearby that I went to. Also, the room had bad internet which didn't help much as I had to get some work done. I'd say this is a 2 Stars hotel at best and at worst 1. As a foreigner who's not on budget, I do NOT recommend this stay. I have picture proof that the plugs in the shower area were exposed to the water, and let's just say that's the least of the issue.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
