Beautifully appointed small, boutique hotel. Attention to detail in the room (opening windows, numerous power points, great shower, excellent lighting, comfortable seating, etc). Staff are attentive and very friendly. In the financial district which has a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. A more personal experience than that offered by the larger hotel chains.

After trekking through Wadi Rum or exploring Petra this is a great hotel to come back to. Large comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is good and there is even a little gym if you haven’t already got your steps up Only downside is that it is 10 mins by taxi from centre of town (~2JD there, 3-5 JD back) and the area is pretty boring but taxis are plentiful and there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby

Absolutely disgusting. The whole hotel smelled of smoke, awful food and even ruder staff. Never go to Jordan, they are the worst people trying to rip you off at every turn & for literally zero - go to Egypt instead. Or absolutely anywhere else, fly to Afghanistan before considering the cess pool of Jodran

The hotel is old but I believe the rooms have been renovated recently as it was all new inside. The rooms are not large and quite small but I can't complain as it was an OK size and the rooms were new. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a Carrefour supermarket 5 mins away as well as Mcdonald's.10 mins further, you will find a street full of restaurants, KFC and all the other famous hotels like Hilton and Kempinski. This hotel's location isn't that convenient for restaurants. Becareful along the main road as there will be cars and taxis harassing you as well as hoons. There are very limited options at the hotel restaurant.

Good service, clean, good breakfast buffet. It has a nice bar. You can sit on the front patio & have a drink. There is a fridge in the room with a glass front, which stays lit all the time. Very annoying at night. Hung a bath towel over it. Couldn't hear traffic from our room. Close to everything. Very friendly staff.

A very enjoyable stay with 2 different room types over a broken 3 day period. Both well appointed and very spacious with separate lounge area and nicely furnished. Plenty of luggage and wardrobe space on offer although there was a shortage of hangers. Rooms had plenty of light, noise factor was minimal and sleep comfort very good. Supermarket and McDonalds in close proximity and price of alcoholic drinks ok by Jordan standards. Meals were ok and all staff friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay in this hotel. The staff was lovely and always had a smile. The room was pleasant and quiet. I ate at the restaurant on the first night and the service and food were excellent. Finally, I would like to thank the night manger, Mr. Ahmed Al-Shaalan, to helped me a lot by booking a trip to Wadi Rum and Petra.
