The stay was bad. Overpriced with less ventilation and air flow. No ac is costly and in summer cannot stay here. The staff is rude and money centric too.

I have booked 2 rooms for six adults but didn't get any extra beds and didn't get a refund of the excess amount that charged for extra beds, due to this inconvenience we booked another room for an extra 2 persons.

I booked for my uncle. The rooms were un tidy and the staff were very rude. Not worth the money, non ac room at this price.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room quality was poor, with cramped and congested space that limited any comfort. The bed quality was also subpar, compounded by the fact that they provided a split bed instead of a single, larger one. Overall, i was highly disappointed with the accommodations and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Uncleaned room. Bed sheet and blanket are not washed. I book ac room but ac is not working. Very tiny room

The hotel is near to railway station and i've found it from make my trip app. Room was so clean, bathroom and bed are well maintained. Room and washroom were hygienic and they've give us a towel shampoo soap extra mineral water and even tv. Room service were also good.

Pros: got all required basics. Acceptable cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast (included tea) was nice. Decent location, not too far from airport, and close to metro station. 24hrs reception, i was able to check in around 4 am. Cons:
the cupboard had a strong moldy smell, so didn't feel like using it.

They were very gentle and well behaved. Rooms are also clean and neatly arranged. Overall was a very good experience

Very pleasant staff, they provide you with all amenities required to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is located very close to alua railway station and ksrtc bus station. They serve healthy kerala breakfast.
