DEPOSIT IS 100 NOT 50 that needs to be updated. I was provided with only one towel, face towel and a floor towel. The fact that as soon as I came into my room and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for more towels is ridiculous. I had to call for the internet password which should have been written on the key card or told to me or atleast should have been written in the rooms. No phone in the rooms. Did have hot water which was about the only good thing about this place. Noisy as it close to a busy road.

The hotel was recently sold to a Wyndham. The staff are really nice and very helpful. They do have a grab and go breakfast. That includes more things than most grabbing go breakfast is have reported any issues or anything they were handled immediately.

Clean room and nice hotel to spend the night

This place was a a dump!!! Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, front door was damaged and did close correctly. Utility table in the room was wobbly and loose . People walking up and down talking right outside u you our door at all hours of the night. We decided to leave 2 nights early due all the crap at this dump. Don’t waste your time, money and energy.

I asked for a king size bed. The lady gave me the room key when i went there, someone was already at the room ( he look like he didn’t belong there ) when back to the front desk to get another room and she gave me two double bed. Which was not requested. There was only one blanket and i was told that i have to wait in the morning. Next day i left the room at 9am came back at 5pm and room wasn’t even clean. Asked for more towels and i was told i have go wait again until 10am . Next day i asked the cleaning lady if she can clean the room and hand me some towels . I was able to get the towels ( finally ) but the room wasn’t clean or fix. Overall it was a horrible experience.

I like this place ; its quiet; the staff are friendly, they make me laugh , and it’s always pleasant and stress-free. You never see folks milling about, yelling or hear the dreaded fire alarm ten times a night for no reason. Also some rooms are painted in fun unexpected colors.♥️

So half the hotel is under construction, that should have been common knowledge. The rooms behind me were clearly being renovated and I could smell the lacquer and other chemicals being used. There was construction in the morning so there was no way for me to sleep in after 8am. The water from my shower smelled rancid, there were open outlets behind my bed covered in what looked like sawdust. My sink was dirty, mirror that was on the door wasn’t there just the glue from the previous, the toilet paper holder was nonexistent and was instead replaced with stuffed toilet paper. I had no face towels and continued to request for the entirety of the stay to no avail. Breakfast is Costco muffins and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. The cleanest thing on the property was the pool. I am grateful the linens seemed clean and the blankets were comfortable but the bed still has box springs from 1999. The price should be cut in half, but I am grateful to not have seen a roach or bug outside of the water fish in the shower. Needless to say, this trip was motivation for me to out myself in a higher tax bracket. Plan to stay outside of the room if you’re going to stay here.

When I first arrived at 630 pm, they told a guest that had prepaid that they cancelled the reservation because they were oversold and said they had to call ******* and figure out their lodging. When it was my term they told me my room and been cancelled and they thought they called me and then said it wasn’t cancelled. I got to the room. It was 61-degrees on the room. I went to ask for blankets because none were on the beds, just sheets. They said they didn’t have any. Around 10 pm I noticed empty rooms with blankets. They the. Went and got me a blanket from one of the rooms. When I went to use the shower, there were no wash clothes but a very dirty one on the shower rod. I went to use the microwave the next morning and the microwave was extremely dirty, like it had not been cleaned in weeks with food spattered in it all over. This hotel was disgusting. The hotel cleaning staff needs to be fired or retrained.

The door key didn’t work right making it hard to open the door, there was only 1 blanket with 2 beds in the room, there was a lamp with no outlet to plug it in, no phone in the room, & the TV only played one station.
