Staffs were accommodating and very nice The distance to beach was close and beautiful neighborhood. It comes with breakfast and it was buffet. It was a good however the coffee and drink was from machine and there was not fruits in the parts of their breakfast. The hotel was old and not being updated. Example: the carpets in hallways were full of stains and very hard to carry the luggage. The showers had only shower heads. The mattress was old and with every move I was moving as well, couldn’t get proper sleep. There was no drawers to place your clothes and we just used our suitcases. The safe in each room does opens with key which some of them the key doesn’t work. We had to pack and unpack 3 times to move from one room to another room and it was tiring. When booked this place by *******, they gave us the most outdated room, when we asked the change of room, they said this is what we get with ******* and we need to pay more since the prices has gone up. We booked 4 nights since staffs were very nice, understanding of situation they did not charge a higher price,

unfortunately we couldn’t book all of our trip in one hotel so we stayed for several night in this hotel. 🏨 the hotel was old, safe box with key(old), room with key and no card, staff was wonderful and very warm and welcoming people thank you elena and katerin. break fast was not ok and food was disappointing.

This Hotel is definitely NOT 4 stars. It is more like 2 stars. Very old, outdated ,the very minimum of amenities. The shower head was broke. In our room. Light bulbs missing or not working also we woke up to no hot water in the middle of February. The only good thing about the hotel is the kindness of the Gentleman on the night shift and Alexandra. These two staff members went out of their way to help me and my daughter and make us feel comfortable. They deserve 5 stars. The hotel is in a very beautiful area of Athens. It is a shame the owners do not invest in updating it.

The online photos do not convey the backstreet location, or the general poor condition of the hotel. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, not the same for the breakfast waiting staff. Breakfast was buffet style but not the best. The hotel is however clean and fairly comfortable, in my opinion not worth the extra money for executive rooms.

Though hotel needs some corrections and upgrades (also the breakfast uss to be better), still ultimative location not only in Alimos (Kalamaki) but Athens rivieea. All that you need for a perfect summer (or whatever, whenever) experienceis close to the hotel. And if you want to search further, connection is great. Profesaional hptel staff allows discount to loyalty card owners.

The bathroom door made cracking sound when swung to open or close and woke the kids up.

I can't fault my experience with the sea breeze. Especially the service I experienced from Alexandria she went above and beyond to make sure all our transit transfers were organised she is professional and very efficient and nothing you need is a problem. Recommend this little gem of a hotel to anyone. I will certainly return.

Overall run down and really not that nice. Rooms were old and basic. Breakfast was also the bare minimum.

So this place has a great write up and description but rest assured it's NOT what it claims to be. There is one very nice helpful staff member and several that clearly don't want to be bothered. The carpet is NASTY! Torn, stained and just worn out. The "wood" floor in the rooms is OLD cheap pergo,circa 1980, the "Marble" bathrooms are from 1970 and have broken tiles and mold. The showers don't have proper enclosures and cause a small flood in the bathroom. Window coverings are torn and not working properly. I had to ask to have the duvet cover changed because of a big brown stain when I got the room. We would have changed hotels but it was paid for months ago and there was nothing else available. Unfortunately the boss was more concerned with playing grab ass with the ladies then actually working and seeing that his hotel was CLEAN and Updated. It really was a big disappointment. I would not stay there again. I know it's not like home but it's a 2 star hotel on a good day.
