A great hotel, everything good - room, food, fcilities. The staff were especially helpful. Location next to the station was ideal for us but city centre is just a few minutes away. Allesandria is a lively and attactive place to visit.

Service was ok, breakfast was there but nothing more. Sound proving was non existant, and you might as well be sleeping with open windows, lots of noise from the street!
Ny shower was broken, and the shower head either was broken to, or was in dire need of descaling, either way taking a shower was a struggle as there was very little water at low pressure.
Hotel is close to the train station, which is its biggest asset.

Un pezzetto di storia dell’ospitalità alberghiera di AL. Se vi dovete muovere per lavoro utilizzando il treno, la posizione è perfetta: a 5’ a piedi dalla stazione. Lo stabile è ovunque ben tenuto, nello stile originario del tempo. Il risultato è un arredamento estremamente datato, camere fuori misura rispetto alle strutture più moderne, bagno super classico. Poi per il resto c’è tutto: tv digitale e via cavo, Wi-Fi, colazione variegata.

L'atmosfera era accogliente e il personale era gentile e attento. Lo consiglio vivamente ! tutto sembrava come a casa...tutto molto tranquillo x una famiglia e perfetto!!!!! grazie di tutto davvero a tutto lo staff e membri del hotel!!!!!

Avevo paura di trovarmi in una struttura vecchia e fatiscente ed invece no. Camera addirittura con soggiorno e due tv. Rinnovata e ben curata, bello il bagno, solo il letto un pó corto. Bene sotto tutti i punti di vista. Colazione tradizionale ma completa. Consigliato

Ho prenotato una camera doppia specificando letti singoli. Mi arriva una mail di conferma dalla reception e invece al mio arrivo mi viene data una camera con letto matrimoniale. Chiedo di trovare qualcosa di vegano per la colazione. Non trovo assolutamente nulla. Colazione triste, davvero triste. Aggiungo che dichiararlo un hotel a 4 stelle è decisamente esagerato. Mai più. 96 euro è tantissimo.

Hotel comodo e centrale. Stanza grande, pulita e dotata di tutto. Nonostante sia posizionato sulla via di passaggio, direi poco rumoroso. Gentili alla reception. Nonostante l’orario non in linea con la colazione, hanno garantito il caffê. Consigliato per lavoro

Le ménage dans la chambre était à refaire plein de poussière des cheveux qui traînaient idem salle de bain et le petit déjeuner il n y avait pas beaucoup de choix

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte, ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Alessandria e vicino al centro. L albergo è un quatto stelle, secondo me da rivedere, però tutto sommato non è male, colazione un po' povera. Personale gentililissimo.
