The hotel is lovely, staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms are large and very clean. In general the hotel is clean and well managed. The restaurant is super, good food, good price and staff are very helpful. Very welcoming for dogs and all round good value

Very clean hotel with good breakfast. Located at the outskirt - just a few minutes to Motorland Aragon by car. The city center ist about 2 km away. Sometimes difficult to find a parking lot directly in front of the hotel in the evenings. Decent price-performance ratio. Overall recommendable.

I've been to the hotel a few times whilst doing trackdays at Motorland Aragon. It's a pleasant hotel with a reasonably priced restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the shower in our room didn't function correctly and despite the staff's best efforts could not be made to work. This was quite important after a hot days motorcycling....... Gema and Andrea managed to sort out a room change despite the fact the hotel was full as it was a holiday weekend. In fact we found ourselves in a suite which, as it was my birthday, was a real treat. Everyone was very friendly and our trip was enhanced by the excellent service.

El hotel Ciudad de Alcañiz no es un sitio céntrico, ni moderno ni es un alojamiento con encanto ni nada de eso, es simplemente un hotel donde con una plantilla profesional y que intentan hacer su trabajo con calidad y eso se percibe. Un saludo.

Aspecto habitación correcta. Habría que actualizar bañera y sobre todo colchones, no pude descansar ni yo ni nadie de mi grupo. Desayuno bien, variado y sabroso pero el suelo del comedor necesitaba más limpieza.

Las habitaciones estupendas, las camas individuales un poquito pequeñas, pero muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Comida fantástica y muy original y el personal inmejorable! Bien situado y en una ciudad preciosa!.

Muy amables todos. Buena calidad de comida y de presentación. Están también orgullosos de la calidad de la comida que te la enseñan. Muy contentos Muy recomendable ir a comer. Las habitaciones no las hemos probado, pero a juzgar por el buen hacer del equipo seguro que bien.
