Ok so I gave this five stars overall even though the individual categories weren’t five stars. We used this hotel because we arrived very late and didn’t want to drive to La Fortuna at night. We are a family of five. They met us at the airport with a private shuttle at midnight and brought us to the front desk of the hotel. The night manager was super nice and got us right into our room. We had three beds in there and didn’t need a second room which was awesome. The free breakfast was really great with rice and beans, eggs, cereal, fruit, toast, juice and coffee. They even called us a cab in the morning to take us to the car rental place. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were picked up at the airport by the hotel. The woman at check in was friendly and it was a very simple check-in process. Our room is nice. We had dinner at the restaurant off the lobby. It was very good. Its a great start to our stay

We atayed her the night before our flight. We arrived hot and tired. We had to ask for ice and it was grudgingly given. We sat out by the pool until the mosquitoes bothered us. The pool area was nice and had some chairs. We enjoyed being able to walk over to the attached brewery for dinner. The suttle in the early morning was waiting and wored out great.

I have been coming here for years and it’s familiar and comfortable. The restaurant menu is limited but good.

We felt the property was very close to the airport and also downtown San Jose. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was riquisimo. We will absolutely stay here again...

An oasis near the Juan Santamaria International Airport...quiet, clean, and so convenient to get to the airport for an early flight.

The restaurant and brewery attached to the property were both excellent - highly recommend the restaurant for dinner.
Older hotel but well looked after and charming. A little noisy but we were only there for one night and we were delighted with the place.

They picked us up at airport even after long flight delay. Great feeling to have someone waiting for you with your name on a board.

When we first drive up we were like, oh, but once inside the hotel area we were very impressed. Brewery was very cool and food was amazing.
