Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I have to say this hotel is truly a fantastic place to stay the food the service and facilities are really 5* I had a great experience here and even though I enjoy staying somewhere new every time I go on holiday I would say without a doubt I'd stay here again. There's something for everyone!. My only negatives I had on my stay are the wine list in the a la carte restaurants is over priced and I think they should have a better selection and the choice for infants eating in the a la carte s needs to be reimagined as I for one know my son loves to try new food everywhere he goes and not just be given chips chicken nuggets burgers and pizza. I was assured though by management that this will be something they will look to change in the future.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. Excellent in all areas. It is on a grand scale and after a week you feel like you haven't had time to do everything. Activities are good especially shooting and football but there is a lot on. Food is good and drinks are excellent. Wide choice of cocktails etc. Definitely recommend for a family stay

We visited Delphin BE grand resort as a family (4 adults and 2 children). We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Check in was a breeze and our request for a prayer mat and for alcohol to be removed from the minibar was quickly actioned. Housekeeping and a top up of the minibar and snacks was done daily. The all inclusive was very comprehensive. Not only breakfast, lunch and dinner but also pizza bar, ice cream station, slush, kebab stall etc. The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner varies greatly, there is something for everyone. Both the kids and adult water parks were fantastic. The on site spa was also great. There were plenty of activities for children. A nice on site mini theme park food for children and adults. We tried the Chinese and Mexican a la carte restaurants which were both fantastic so try to book the a la carte restaurants if you can. The only negative we could think of is they do not have an iron so take your own. We would definitely visit again.

A truly outstanding hotel. Every member of staff go out of their way for you. The hotel grounds pools and rooms are immaculate and constantly being cleaned. In the main buffet restaurant you are spoilt for choice. We tended to opt for the fresh cooked options which were amazing including any pasta with anything you wanted adding and any sauce, also steaks cooked to your liking.The only tiny problem I had was the buffet food wasn’t hot enough but there was a microwave so I just heated it to my preference. Special thanks to Metin who looked after us every night and was always so happy and helpful. The entertainment every day at the pool was fantastic and so well managed (thanks to John)never pushy put always got you involved and very friendly. Freshly made pizzas and burgers, ice cream, waffles around the pool areas were all great too and drinks are all branded. It’s unbelievable how much is constantly going on in the hotel and way too much to mention everything but not forgetting the heated outdoor pool and top class gym! Then you to everyone at the Delphin for a five star memorable stay.

We stayed at the delphin as a family with a 5 year old & 10 month baby. I have to say I was very impressed and how clean this place is and the amount of facilities there is for everyone especially children. Things we liked:- - very clean throughout the hotel (rooms cleaned daily) - pools were amazing (heated in may) - lots of food choices - private beach - good play areas everywhere for kids - kids club was good - fun fair - entertainment was really good - spa was good (however very expensive) - liked the free room service after 1pm however would have loved it if started earlier. Things we did not like:- - upon arrival very little info was given about the resort. No booklet etc. - the staff did not seem to know any information whenever asked - although there was alot of variety of food, i did not enjoy the food as it was very bland. - not very good service in the restaurant. We sat at the kids area and there was only one waiter there if lucky and were not very attentive. All in all good hotel would have given 5 stars but the service was not up to scratch.

7 of us travelled and we booked the connecting rooms. Fantastic time was had by all. We had 26 degrees on xmas. So good. Ice cream, turkish delight, sauna, steam all fantastic. The outdoor pool was heated- yes it was actually heated. Highly recommend place. The food was great - all good choice daily. They even had steak - keep it up. Clean and friendly staff. Good gym too. Shops are close by.

We went to this hotel as a family, there were 10 of us in total, ranging from 6 years to 68year old. There was something for everyone here to enjoy. We got a really good deal by booking early. It was just over the Easter weekend so in school holidays. The value for money was well worth it. The food variety was very good. I loved the fact you had different places all around to eat from all day. Also the service was very good, only thing I would say was the language barrier between some staff was tricky. It was a very clean and tidy hotel. Our room had 4 of us in it and was quite small, maybe we should have upgraded or picked a bigger room when booking. So just be aware. We also would recommend to go from April as this is classed as their start of summer and the aircon gets turned on, it was very hot at night to sleep. We admittedly had very good weather for end of march. The water park here was great fun and we hired a cabana on the beach twice to, service was great. Just remember to book your restaurants up every morning at 8am to get where you want and some close on different days. They were nice restaurants.
