The rooms were excellent , response from the staff was amazing , Mr.Pritam and his team were very polite , courteous and pleasing . Restaurant has very good ambience , clean and hygienic , restaurant incharge Mr. Sahdev and team were very efficient and service was excellent , i strongly recommend this place and prices were also reasonable.

I celebrated 11 th birthday of my son , the service and food was excellent. The staff was very prompt in catering to the guest , special care was taken of cleanliness as it was kids party . F&B manager Mr sehdev ensured best quality n yummiest food to the guests . Kamal singh banquet manager was very active throughout the party and maintained the decorum of the party . Special thanks to Mr Piyush Bhasin , GM he is very kind humble and professional person . Highly recommend Fern residency Ajmer .

One of the best hotels in ajmer i would say , nearest to every thing , very clean and good rooms ,good ambiance, very helping and professional staffs ,food is also very nice and great hospitality, as we were travelling with new born baby so staff was really helpful and thanks to manager Meenakshi sabherwal ji for the great experience from booking to hotel check out , soon will plan our next stay

I have visited Fern in Mumbai, and have always been appreciative of their service and relative price at that they offer. Opening in Ajmer will definitely elevate service, cleanliness and hospitality standards which this city has been lacking. All the staff including housekeeping, restaurant as well as front office were very courteous and professional which is again normal for Ajmer. Ashish at Front office led from the front to make my stay, as I wanted to work , very comfortable. WiFi in the hotel was top class, rooms elegant and fit for purpose, breakfast spread decent (could be improved), overall food was of good quality mostly Indian. Housekeeping service was prompt and air conditioning in the rooms worked pretty well. Will recommend who want to visit Dargah, Pushkar or even for business, your best bet in Ajmer.

It was a great experience. Rooms were extremely clean. Service was very prompt. Special mention to Duty Manager, Meenakshi Sabharwal. The experience of everything was so smooth with her. Even the night staff and managers were great. Very helpful with everything and very respectful. Morning breakfast was great too! Overall a 10/10 experience.
