It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care

This was my 5th visit within 2 years, my go to place to recover after surgery or in recovery, the Owner has considered Treatments and facilities to reflect ones own well being to strenghten yourself physically and emotionally - at Zoya it is a time to totally reset your mind, body and soul - I will continue to return, a fabulous find - very unique

We stayed for two nights with a package including treatments and classes. The itinerary was packed full but it was so relaxed, you didn’t have to do anything you didn’t feel like doing. Massage, yoga and meditation were fantastic, so were all the treatments and classes. Staff were so lovely and the food was so healthful and tasty! I even asked for recipes!!! It was a fantastic reset for a fantastic price. I wish I lived in Dubai so that I could go more often!

Zoya Wellness Resort- Peaceful, and very refreshing! It was the perfect relaxing stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the business of city life!

Booked the wellness package. Highly recommended includes healthy meals and treatments. In addition they have spa facilities separate for men and women and another for couples. Praying areas in convenient places. I can’t thank enough all the staff from all departments. Rawda, Katrina, Emanuel, Dr Niam, Irene, Nadia, Enas, Nisreen, Nidal, Poe, Ibrahim and Giya . Mohamed k from physio, Chitra and pramilla from Spa. All very nice, charming and welcoming and very educated. This place is not the place for someone who is looking for luxury, this is a place to heal, relax, rejuvenate, relief symptoms and have fun. Consider that you might want to try the other facilities and treatments, very tempting ranging between 100-400$ I highly recommend this place. I Recommend staying at least 2 nights and having all inclusive meals. The meals are super healthy delicious and just the right amount no wasting food and stomach is always light. All better to enjoy the facilities. Special Thanks to the Restaurant Staff specially Nidal and Poe. Note children are not allowed. Thank you Zoya for the amazing getaway. And thanks for the romantic setup in the room. Looking forward to coming back again.

Zoya is an absolute gem! The serene natural surroundings make it the perfect escape from the city. I loved the free bikes—they made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. The Swedish massage was simply outstanding, leaving me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The contrast of cold and hot pools added an extra layer of bliss to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature!

Beautifil place to unwind and chill. The package we book ( book with them is better) was inclusing of massage, sauna, steam room etc etc for 3 days. The place is nice and peaceful by the golf court. The staff is nice and caring.Restaurant is good considering that this is a well ness centre and you are not supposed to stuff yoursefl with food. Ingredient were good quality and cooked weel with a lot of choice for vegetrian, veagan and people with gluten intollerance. The room was nice and very spacious. Highly recommended

Waste of money. Generic plan sold as “personalized.” Men’s gym opens at 10:30 AM—pointless. Daily activities were poorly timed: pool time in peak UV, walks by noisy construction with no shade. Nonstop construction noise killed any peace. Therapists unprofessional—one smelled like cigarettes, another botched my IV, doctor made rude comments. Room? Not royal. Broken sauna, zero privacy, no hot water in shower, constant maintenance visits. Staff tried to patch it with apologies and freebies, but you can’t fix a broken vacation. We left early—on my birthday. Don’t make the same mistake. You deserve better.

Loved my stay at Zoya Wellness Resort! The place is super peaceful, the staff were kind and attentive, and the wellness treatments were top-notch. The food was healthy and tasty. Left feeling refreshed and totally recharged. Can’t wait to come back!

I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel was, without a doubt, one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy, hair on the sheets, mold in the bathroom, and a horrible smell that hit me the moment I walked in. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms including arguments and loud TVs all night long. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I complained about the dirty room, they acted like I was being dramatic and refused to move me to another one. Housekeeping skipped my room completely one day, and when I asked about it, they shrugged and said “we’re busy.” I would never recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else trust me, it’s not worth the headache. One star is too generous.

An excellent gem in the heart of the Middle East. The resort’s facilities were very good, the services, physical activities and treatments were excellent. The staff, nurses and doctors, specifically Wissal, Helmi, Bayan, Soha, Yasmeen, Mohd and Nidhal were extremely helpful and great hosts. The best part of the experience is the variety of services and food options. I will definitely be going there again.
