The location of the hostel was great, right in the centre of where you need to be. The staff were nice and helpful. However the hostel standard was not up to the same level as the location and staff. The rooms were moderately clean, we had a massive brown stain on our bedding when we arrived, the showers and toilets had mould and clumps of spiders and spiders webs everywhere. In the corners, on the ceilings, in the actual toilet and shower areas. That being said you get what you pay for, this is one of the cheapest hostels in airlie beach, so you sacrifice some cleanness due to how cheap it is.

A good location for a few night. Pricing is ok and value for money. It' aged and has seen many years, especially bathroom facilities which are not ensuite. At least it is kept clean. Staff at reception is very friendly, but mainly students with no deep and profound knowledge about facility

Location was great. Hostel had a nice rainforest feel. However the bathrooms were not the cleanest

We had a great time there. Easy access, clean and tidy, convenience, and we really loved the atmosphere like a jungle. We want to come back again! Thank you for the good memories!

A little subtropical oasis right in the middle of town. Conventionally located in the town centre with access to shops and businesses, next door to Woolies and a short walk to the beach. And yet it’s a quiet, peaceful and lush spot to stay. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff.

As a solo traveler I highly recommend Magnum's as a safe, well located and value for money accommodation provider. Great service, facilities and fantastically located. With Woolworths next door, well stocked and clean kitchen and great adjacent coffee shop, my needs were well met. Even with the pub pumping at full blast, there was no noise interrupting a peaceful sleep. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful stay! Perfect location! All very clean! The tours about islands and barrier reef are good but 10$ dollar more than others.
