Magnificent place to visit Me and my family enjoyed our time to the Max, starting from the hospitality of reception staf while checking in and all over the time we stayed the staf in all depar**ents were very kind and supportive the fastest responsive staff I ever experienced in my hotel stays, and the hotel it self are very clean and have a lot of entertainment beside the nice beach and unique outdoor pool with environmental decorations made you feel that you are living in Island also the have a very relaxing heated indoor pool which we enjoyed in December cold weather, there open buffet for breakfast and dinner are rich with a lot of delicious varieties which meet anyone's appetite. Special thanks to Miss Caroline the guest relation manager for her efforts and care which really made a big difference in our wonderful experience we had during the stay.

The staff is very professional and the food there was great , the rooms were nice and clean i have went there a-lot before and every time i have this same amazing experience, overall I had really nice experience there and would definitely be going there again

I stayed for 2 nights in stella de mare grand hotel , the hotel is amazing the staff is friendly and the food was so delicious and tasty . The new year event was amazing and the show and everything❤️ even hotel spa is nice and the staff from thailand and bery proffesional . never stop recommending this hotel

We had the pleasure of visiting Ain Sokhna and The Grand Hotel for our corporate retreat last week. We were not only welcomed with five star service and hospitality but pampered to the maximum. Mr. Gamal Youssry was warm and accommodating of the many requests we made. Few hotels would be so receptive to the changes and needs of our 58 person group. I would like to thank him and his staff, especially Mr Amir from the restaurant, for his kind and generous service. They made our retreat feel like a real break where everyone was treated royally. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are so helpful and show great hospitality. The food is amazing, seriously everything was delicious especially the grills. We really enjoyed the beach, very clear sand! We'd love to have the pool heated to make our stay more enjoyable.

Excellent as usual. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect; very clean, wonderful stuff, nice sandy beach, cool pool, nice gym, fantastic food with good varieties and amazing taste, ..... etc We are regular guests at this hotel and used to stay at least twice a year and every time with the same feedback. Will definitely come back as we always do. This hotel is highly recommended for 2-3 days of relaxing and enjoyment. Jack Nabil

During my stay in stella grand hotel from 29 april till 1 may i really enjoyed my stay the staff in the recieption are excellent welcoming the food is very good the staff in the restaurant from restaurant manager and the waitress are supper active smilling proffesional .really over all the hotel and the staff are amazing .the only thing is how come the towel card it coast 500 pound if the towel i didnt bring it its expensive than the towel price 😄 .thank you stella grand hotel.
