Sehr freundlicher Service, der uns direkt bei unseren buchungen für Machu Picchu geholfen hat. Das liegt oberhalb eines Hanges, deswegen vorher unbedingt das Hotel kontaktieren, dass euer Gepäck direkt von der bahn station abgeholt wird. Auch der Gepäckservice wieder zur bahnstation hat perfekt geklappt.

前台特別熱情，給我們介紹路線，還免費打印馬丘比丘的線路圖，很有耐心，服務做的很好

Recently renovated, beautiful hotel in the best location. Excellent food, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here. Safe for solo travel or with young family. Enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast and coca tea

The location is perfect, brief city block walk from train station, bus station, and at the end of restaurant and shopping main street! The staff and hotel services are up to USA standards expected of 5 star rating. The rooms are comfortable and functional, but not expansive, which match the price. I witnessed from my window early one morning that they truly recycle, and they care responsibly for the street dogs. If you book well in advance you may get the opportunity to tour the famous owner, Jorge Luis Delgado. I did. My trip up to Machu Picchu was both spiritual and archeological under his insightful tour. ADA compliance noticed, however you must ask for a wheelchair access shower to get a flat surface bathroom.

The gentleman (Oliver) at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Our room had the best view of town. Beautiful and clean rooms. nice breakfast and the overall service experience was fantastic! I would choose this hotel again when coming back to Aguascalientes.

Staff was very nice and friendly! The hotel bathroom needs a renovation, everything is falling a part . The “ so called “ balcony sliding door must.need to be replaced it’s so outdated and hazard . My husband cut he’s fingers trying to close it . It’s not a balcony it’s a common area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Taypikala Hotel, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff at Taypikala went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I want to give a special shoutout to Nicole Oquendo, who helped us choose the perfect food places. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and well-appointed rooms that provide a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The variety and quality of the delicious breakfast were a great way to start each day of our trip. The location of Taypikala is also ideal.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Hands down, my favorite hotel to stay in Machu Picchu. This is my second year staying there and I absolutely love it! My room was huge with a luxurious hot tub and cute view of the square. The staff is amazing, food is great and the owner is a super special guy who is always willing to accommodate :) See you guys next year!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was so kind. Oliver was an amazing host. He helped us check in and hold our baggage. He was incredibly friendly. Most of the staff was bilingual with Spanish and English which was helpful for us who aren’t always confident in our Spanish skills. Their breakfast wad great! It was early, so we could on our 7:00 AM hike. They even made us eggs to order! I would highly recommend.
