As expected from a hotel managed as part of the best western chain, the service is excellent, the facilities well managed. Unfortunately the location got rather worse in the recent years. This is rather unpleasant as long as the easy access to the nice forests are not priority. In general I strong recommend this hotel for short business visits to this town in the Palatina

沒有空調，房間的紙巾沒及時添加，礦泉水也沒添加。

初，Booking預訂，酒店付款入住。 晚上7:30到酒店，彼時**ai人女孩接待，服務態度非常好，遺憾的是嘗試了四次，兩張信用卡都不能使用，聯繫Booking，無法處理，聯繫建行海外熱線，幾次苦等超出忍耐程度，根本沒有人工客服受理。 此時前台換了一hei人小哥，一臉嚴肅，無論如何交涉：without money without check in. 錢包裏300歐元大鈔💶，不知道什麼消失了，翻遍所有口袋，無果。 夜深無法麻煩別人，改攜程，耗時近一個小時，攜程小哥多次嘗試國際國內信用卡、儲蓄卡，幾次聯繫歐洲代理，代理電話酒店，歐洲代理預付酒店，最終解決問題，期間客服幫忙聯繫建行24小時客服，等待超過8分鐘，無人應答。 拿到房卡，晚上9:30左右，在大堂沙發🛋️發呆一個小時，如果有一衹煙🚬，最好不過。 晚上休息很好，裏面沒有了一個美國🇺🇸大兵，估計都去了烏克蘭邊境。 感謝攜程，五星級服務，雖然價格比Booking貴了不少，毅然卸載Booking，後續的行程機票酒店全部攜程預訂。

Finding a place in Europe with reasonable prices,a good breakfast choice, ice cups or buckets , good adult drink, and ice cold A/C in the rooms makes for an awesome night sleep…. Not to mention every time I entered the hotel I was greeted with a smile.. Thank Again

Stayed 2 hot days in the small room. As others have said, the pictures make it look better than it is. The only reason it gets a 3 (avg) is because the breakfast was awesome. Plenty of hot and cold items, pastries, juices, coffee, etc Parking is street parking. The room is hellishly hot, small and dated. These days you need to have air con. Won't be staying here any time soon. Sorry.

Looks a lot better in the photos. Actually the hotel is pretty worn out. Single room was super small. Breakfast was okay foodwise but service wasn't up to speed (dirty tables, ran out of food etc). Front desk personnel were nice. Not really a walking distance away from Downtown. Hotel was okay for few nights but next time I'll try something different.

My stay was not good the room water was cold when I took a shower. The room had no air conditioning. I tried to check out a day early because my experience was so bad the hotel charged me an additional day. I want to say the staff was not properly trained because that kind of service does not help you or your guests.

I stay here every time I am in K-town. Great breakfast, free parking, free Internet, great Location. Sauna and Fitness area. Professional and friendly staff. Nearby to train station. Gas’s station and good German restaurant across the street.

Wer auf hellhörige Zimmer steht, für den eine defekte Sauna warm genug ist und wer von der defekten Schrankenanlage der TG nicht überrascht ist, den stört vermutlich auch der Charm der 70er nicht, den dieser Betonbunker hat. Das Frühstück war gut.

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Allerdings ist das Duschen in der Badewanne für ältere Menschen oder Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind schwierig. Diese Meinung beruht auf die Zimmer, die wir bereits hatten. Ich weiß nicht, ob es Zimmer gib die Bäder mit bodengleicher Dusche haben.

Gehobenes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Typisches Zimmer, aber zusätzlich mit Balkon. Sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Gemütliche Bar mit fairen Preisen. Fitness-Raum mit allen grundlegenden Trainingsgeräten. Hinweis: Die Sauna ist größer als in manchen Bewertungen behauptet wird. Sehr elegant. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Einziger Nachteil für Nicht-Fußballfans, es ist relativ weit bis zur Innenstadt.

Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenübernachtung auf unserem Weg nach Nordwesten genutzt. Ankunft erst nach Mitternacht und am nächsten Morgen ging es weiter. Parkplatz finden war kein Problem. Rezeption war auch nach Mitternacht noch besetzt, nur wir hatten bereits vorab einen Online-Check-in gemacht und das wurde wiederum nicht erkannt. Wir haben dann Zimmerkarten erhalten, sind hoch, nur um festzustellen, dass die Schlüsselkarten nicht funktionieren. Mussten also wieder runter. Da hat es dann geheissen, dass dies ein Zusammenhang mit dem Online-Check-in haben könnte. Zimmer sind klein, Badezimmer mit Duschwanne, alles nicht mehr ganz modern. Da wir nur ein wenig Schlaf suchten, war es jedoch okay. Frückstücksbuffet war vielfältig und okay. Ein wenig komisch war das mit der Rechnung. Obwohl meine Kreditkarte bereits im Voraus belastet wurde, wurde dies nicht gesehen und es gab eine weitere Belastung. Mit der definitiven Verbuchung hat dann jedoch alles funktioniert. Die eine Buchung wurde aufgehoben.
