非常糟糕。入住中途有一個人不敲門直接刷卡進來兩次。一次在睡覺，一次剛洗完澡。到前台質問説是他們老闆，也不是第一次幹這事了，他們也拿他沒辦法。*******，大家絕對不要來住這家。

I have stayed in this hotel to go to Machupicchu, the staff are amazing very attentive, kind, willing to help. I asked for recommendations to eat dinner and the front desk attendant gave me a wonderful recommendation to eat, very helpful with directions and suggestions. I have had a wonderful experience, the room was very spacious and clean with jetted tub which is super nice after a long day tour to relax, great breakfast included, unbearable location right in front the line for the Machupicchu bus, train station and great shopping opportunities.

Our room is so beautiful and clean. The bed is so comfortable that we didn’t have any issues at all. Slept very well. Lovely view from our room. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the train station. Very accessible to the market and lots of restaurant around. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Totally would recommend this!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Victor Hugo went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He met us at the train station to walk with us the short 5 minute walk to the hotel. This hotel is right in the heart of Machu Picchu. Our room was room #500 and it overlooked the river. We could also see the line for the bus to Machu Picchu. So convenient and close to everything!

Theisan was a very nice emplyee. He helps us a lot. Very good Hotel with good breakfast and room. Jacusi was in the room. We could leave our backage the day over while we were on Machupicchu. We can rvommend the Hotel. We used it during a organisied tour

Very nice rooms, hot shower, clean bathroom. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and had many options which satisfied diverse dietary resitrctions. Everything you need for a wonderful stay before visiting Machu Pichu!

Good service, views and very comfortable rooms. Victor Hugo give us good attention with our bags and tips to our travel in Machu Picchu. The breakfast on 7th floor was amazing with views of mountains. The room have comfortable beds and hydromassage bathtub.

We spent a night here, it is up the hill a bit and has nice views of the local area, particularly the soccer pitch. This whole city has an amazing vibe and this hotel fits into that well. We had a group of 5 couples, most of us had great views, but a couple of us had internal windows with no views. It's worth getting the rooms with the views.
