We were surprised at how nice it was because the exterior of the building is is dated. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The bar and restaurant were very convenient and all the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

All the staff were fantastic, and the drink and food options were FANTASTIC. So nice to have the restaurant/bar right there on site-combo of delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Very nice vibe of good energy while still being chill. Rooms and grounds were great, and staff were very informative and helpful with any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff & location of this property was great. The room was nice & quiet, the A/C & curtains need some serious cleaning. Completely filled with dust & dirt. If they want those A/C’s to continue working, they must clean them well weekly.

Hotel is smaller than the Marriott but it has a beautiful pool, bar, restaurant and background music. Staff was extremely friendly and speak fluent English and Spanish. Rooms are a little outdated but worth the price. Almost walking distance to the US Coast Guard base and PX store.

They don’t clean the rooms right they don’t give you enough towels the phone doesn’t work very sloppy sorry to say

Right from the minute we walked in we notice a small puddle of water in the living room. It was tile flooring so the water ran down the grouting toward the exterior wall.
Maintenance said it was the air-conditioning but it wasn't. Next we tried to use the toilet but it wouldn't flush properly. It took 3 sometimes 5 tries. Maintenance said it was fine and told us to just hold the handle down for as long as it took. There is more but moral of the story is stay away from rm 122.
The rest of the place is clean ,quiet, and friendly. Food at the cafe/pub is very reasonably priced and tastes good.

Property is very nice but the check-in process was horrible. When we first arrived, no one was at the front desk, waited for 5 mins and no one came. I had to call the corporate office and have them transfer me to the hotel staff to ask someone to come. After checking in my key didn’t work, so I had to go back to the front desk and again no one was there ! Waited and then had to call and get transferred and wait again for someone to come. That is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel!

Excellent place for a vacation. Tgere are a myriad of sports and recreation activities nearby. Thus includes golf, surfing, sightseeing, gastronomic venues, etc.
