We had high expectations having seen the previous reviews. We must say the Palazzo met them. Just willing to find some minor critics we can mention the bed: comfortable but closed along three sides so that one has to climb over the other to exit

Stayed 3 nights in September Location was good, short walk to harbour, downtown; balcony overlooking the small beach, the road in front was the main route for tour buses to the parking lot by the harbour, so quite busy and noisy and a chorus of horns if anyone got in their way. The apar**ent was huge – separate bedroom, large sitting area with dining room and basic kitchen, good size balcony looking on to the beach. Everything very dark and well worn, questionable whether furniture was antique or just old. Floor tiles cracked and broken – we had to cover one area with a towel to prevent tripping over broken tiles. Kitchen had all the equipment but all ancient and not very appealing. For such a large apar**ent the bathroom was tiny – the tiles in the shower stained, the caulking black with mildew and no storage whatsoever. We never did encounter a staff person although they were quick to respond via text; we asked for a shower curtain and it appeared the next day. We were expecting something more luxurious for a short stay; this is better suited for a longer stay beach holiday.

Situated directly on the beach just on the edge of the town. Handy to sunbathe and swim and loads of great restaurants and bars nearby. The apar**ent itself was Cretan in style, dark wood and beautiful tiles with more modern communal areas. Popi on hand most mornings for tips and advice also does breakfasts at an extra cost. All in all a great fortnight.

Apparthôtel de charme avec une excellente situation à la fois centrale et en bord de mer à Agios Nikolaos. Belle vue sur mer de notre appartement avec terrasse. Animation, belles terrasses de restos et bars sur le bord de mer et la petite plage juste en face. Accueil très sympa et beaucoup d'informations utiles dès l'arrivée. Appartement bien équipé. Très facile de visiter Agios Nikolaos à pied. Excursions proposées en train touristique et en bateau dans les environs.

L'endroit est magnifique. Les services s'améliorent chaque année. C'est un endroit familial accueillant en plein centre d'Agios Nikolaos. Il y a donc de l'animation. J'adore les appartements, simples et confortables.
