Just returned from this lovely hotel and it’s amazing staff, it sits a few steps away from the beach and choice of fantastic restaurants. From the minute we arrived we were looked after and Pela made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish, breakfast was fantastic with a menu to suit everyone served very professionally by Nicos and his staff. A beautiful new hotel that is run by caring staff and is worthy of its 5 stars.

Lovely 5 star hotel rooms amazing 6 stars for the staff, everyone of them never seen one without a smile for u. Management only want the best for your stay and can’t help u enough, Awesome Restaurant and bar staff nothing is to much trouble, now the food is above and beyond amazing the hardest part if u stay to long is not being able to decide what u want for your last meal Costas thank you , Outsatnding all round will be back without adoubt thank you to you all from Tony & Clare Adams

Well what can we say. Such an amazing hotel and staff. Stayed for seven nights and made extremely welcome from arrival to leaving. Such a beautiful hotel with amazing views. Special mention Lina and Linda but all the staff were amazing. Rooms cleaned every day. Exceptional cuisine.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now and I apologise to the castello infinity suites staff for the delay.....myself and My partner stayed for 10 nights last month and all I can say is......there is not enough words In this world to describe how amazing this place is....it is simply AMAZING. From arrival to checkout we enjoy every second. The restaurant manager Vasilis (excuse me if I've spelt it wrong) was outstanding and so are all the staff....I wish I could remember all there names and im sorry I don't but every single staff member were so professional and polite and made is so welcome. The reception staff also outstanding. Food was incredible. Our room was so so beautiful. Our pool on the balcony was stunning with sea view. Then best of all my partner proposed on the Saturday night we were there and when we got back to our room there was a bottle of champagne to celebrate. We were so grateful for that. It made us feel so so special. I could honestly go on forever about this hotel. You will not he disappointed. Last but not least we also want to say thank you the house keeping staff who were also amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They were fantastic. Thank you castello infinity suites for our amazing holiday ❤

Wow! We stayed for 4 days. The hotel is marvelous! ! Beautiful hotel near the beach All the rooms have a private pool No kids around. So it’s really relaxing . The food is excellent. But the stuff. Oh my god! They are amazing! Never meet such a nice stuff that will do everything to make you feel good. Especially Jorge the manager. Big applause to all of them Highly recommend

Are you staying in Crete? If the answer is yes then please look no further than the Castello infinity suites because I will assure you that you will not regret it. Fantastic place, clean, tidy, great decor and I’ll come onto the staff later. Our room had an infinity pool, arrived to a very clean room and during our 6 Day stay everyday our room was cleaned and towels replenished and was restored to perfect state. We had breakfast every morning and it was a quick service, with great Menu choice and something for everyone. We also had Dinner which again phenomenal. Drinks both alcohol and soft are high quality and great quality. NOW onto the staff… we have travelled to many countries and by far the service received at this hotel is 10/10!!! Polite, helpful, always smiling, very clear spoken English language, and they do their upmost to help. I cannot find fault in any of our 6 day stay. We do not know all the names of the staff but 4 persons we encountered a lot was George Ioannidis the Hotel’s Operation Manager who is the most professional, kind, helpful and polite person we’ve met in the customer service world. We met a female waitress who served and she again delivered outstanding service, then another male who served us a lot again also very high standards of presentation when serving. Lastly we’d like to comment on the female who works at reception whom again is very helpful, knows how to greet guests and always smiling. I had planned to propose to my now fiancée and George Ioannidis and staff helped make the dream come to life. They worked very very hard to make it a special and romantic occasion and no request I made was too big or too hard. They have left not only a great representation of Crete but also their hotel. When we come Back to Crete we will not stay Anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff who have made our stay perfect your hard work is appreciated.

We arrived to Castello hotel Emmanuela and Antonia at the reception was amazing The manager of the hotel Giorgos meet us at the reception and give us the best service that u can’t imagine and take care for any request For all our period. Breakfast and dinner very reach and high level and the view is front the beautiful beach The chef Costas is the best -and know to do food that correct to your special requests ( vegetarian ,diet food ) The amazing team of the food and beverage: Paula,Lina,foteini,Marko,savvas, It’s the best service I get ever in my life : With a lot of smile, warm and makes comfortable feeling. Don’t miss the BB in the room -it’s special and fun. Firstly my reviews as always reflects the experience I had and does not reflect on what other will experience. I booked the Black Pearl Maisonette with sea view. The room was exceptional and clean with automatic blackout curtains that could be opened and closed from the upper bedroom level which allowed for a good sleep. Both bathrooms were impressive and the air conditioning was superb and coffee making facilities were replenished every day when your room was cleaned. Speaking of cleaning the standard of cleaning at this hotel was top notch, spotless. However there were parts of this holiday that could be improved or was not was we were expecting. Firstly all Maisonette's are on the ground floor and we found out that a car park surrounds every Maisonette at the bottom where the splashpool ends. Most have reasonable levels of privacy with high vegetation, however ours Room 1008 was compromised due to a part of it having low vegetation (See Photo) which resulted in people from the car park looking over which could be annoying. This did not spoil our holiday but it could be off putting for others who may have this room. To this end I did notify reception of this issue, so hopefully the hotel will sort this out quickly. The other disappointing issue which needs to be considered when booking is that there is limited sun on the terrace due to the positioning of the hotel which has been noted by others on here. You will find that in the morning there is only a few hours where both loungers could be used to catch the sun with the sea view Maisonette's, after 11am as you will see in the photo below you will be lucky to get one lounger fully in the sun. The Maisonette's with Mountain view gets the afternoon sun. This of course is not the fault of the hotel but is worth noting if your a lover of sunshine. On a final note the breakfast options are good and staff are extremely friendly and are willing to help with any issues or problems you may have. I would rate my experience as 4 star based on the privacy issue surrounding our room and the lack of sun you get on the terrace, Other than that this hotel is worth a visit.
