This is a lovely hotel. Not far from the beach, bus station within a short walk. Nice staff and good food. My room was very nice. I would recommend it.

I had such a horrendous experience with the hotel! The images looked nothing like the room they put us in!! It was soo dirty and dated, no smoke alarm, deam flies everywhere and so on…Upon contacting trip.com they told me that it was up to the hotel to sort this, i wanted a refund to sort out another accommodation but trip could not help me at all and rather pushed me back on the hotel! I am disgusted and this ruined my holiday!!! They then changed my room which was a little better but still didnt look like the rooms in pictures! Sink and toilet blocked which caused smell! Avoid this hotel!! The higher you go on floors the better rooms, we started on 1 then moved to 2. Manager was sooo rude and told us to stick it!!

From the UK and we’d booked through a Wowcher mystery holiday, looked at the reviews and didn’t have much hope. However we’ve been more than happy with everything here! We were checked in swiftly with staff helpful with bags and any query’s we had. Showed to our apartment room which was spacious with a walk in shower, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster etc. The room was clean and serviced every morning by the lovely housekeepers. Breakfast was a good selection of fresh pastries, meats, cheeses, breads and salad with crepes and omelettes made fresh upon request. We’d normally come for breakfast at around 7:45-8:00 and found it to be reasonably quiet with it getting busier towards 8:30-9:00. Again people have said they had to pay extra for juice which WAS NOT the case, nothing was payed for at breakfast and even had a gentleman making fresh Moroccan tea for people to enjoy. You pay a 100dh deposit (returned to you when you give them back) for towels for use around the pool if you didn’t bring your own and contrary to a few reviews there is NO FEE for sunbeds, or the larger 2 person canopy beds. We usually managed to get a bed fine but if there were none available the gentleman around the pool would rush to get you a sunbed cushion to lie on the grass with which were more than comfortable! The hotel is a 5 min walk to the beach and we always felt safe walking around the area even later at night with guards on both exits. Most every staff spoke very good English and friendly and willing to help you with any request you had. We found this not just with the hotel and bar but with the Moroccan people in general. I would advise people reading to take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Honestly, for the price, it has been a fantastic holiday for us and I would recommend. Ps The two tortoises roaming around the pool area were a bonus!

Well how to start, a lot of the reviews on here are massively negative, but from our experience alone I cannot confirm those negative comments, the location of the hotel is a mere brisk 5 minute walk from the busy tourist styled sea front, and about 10 minuet walk from the local supermarket stores. The hotel has seemed some what clean throughout without much complaint at all from us regarding cleanliness, The room was clean and cleaned daily, the bedding was changed on a daily basis too, the shower was good and had power behind it, The room was spacious bed was massive and not one of those split mattress type either, staff are friendly and helpful, the lifts I will say are slow especially when we was on the 10th floor, but that it what it is, the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning especially on the exceptionally sunny days, and the way our one was situated it was perfect to go down during the morning and early afternoon to relax in the pool and by the pool etc. then head back up to the room to sun bathe again on the balcony, Our room was fitted with a fridge and a good one of that, not size wise but it sure did make your drinks cold, rather refreshing after a hot day, By the pool there is at least 4 tortoises which are wonderful to marvel at and seem very happy plodding around, The pool could be a bit warmer the sudden shock of the freezing cold water but after a while it wasn’t so unpleasant. (One thing I will say is the pictures on here with the sun loungers all around the pool are nothing how the Loungers are, if anything Theres a massive lack of loungers, plenty of the mattresses but not enough Lou gets for the amount of people!) As for the breakfast we was on a bed and breakfast plan, now the only thing I would say is for the breakfast is, it is rather repetitive especially as we was here for 11 days, not saying it was unpleasant as it was fine but there’s only so much you can take of the same thing over and over again, As for the lunch/snack menu, we had the chicken burger and cheese burger it came with fries and a salad and for a hotel wasn’t badly priced, the drinks which was 2 cans of coke were at bit pricey but again your in a hotel what do you expect, However if you venture just outside the gates there’s a lot of local very good and cheap food places to eat from, one place which we enjoyed in particular was a place called Salam burger literally 5 mins from the gate closer to the beach side, sadly they don’t have a trip advisor to leave a review but put it this we way we retuned there at least 3 times(but they are able to be spotted if your using google maps not Apple Maps though), The hotel did lack entertainment which if that’s what you want then here is probably not the best place to go, but it’s other services where pretty darn good, there was a desk by the elevator that helps you with booking excursions which I shall leave a review on the company’s Tripadvisor- But All In all the hotel is good, you pay for what y

When booking I thought I was getting a good deal for a 4-star hotel, but it is 2-star at best The rooms were very dated and the hotel itself is in need of a big refurb. The rooms were reasonably sized, but contents of which were extremely basic. The restaurant was large but the food was average. Service was ok The entire experience was exasperated further by drilling in the neighbouring properly which started very early in the day.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in. We arrived at the hotel early morning and were told we had to wait till 2 to check in as rooms were being cleaned, I am a receptionist myself so I expected this. We went to the bar to get drinks to find the staff made them in the back room instead of at the bar which was a bit concerning considering we were two young girls. The drinks were very watered down I don’t even think they put alcohol in them but they charged us the price for alcohol. We then had lunch at the pool bar and waited forever on our food to then see the waitress take the meals off of someone else’s table and add chips to them to give back out to us. This is very unhygienic to say the least. The pool area was also disgusting with rubbish lying everywhere and the kids club building which im guessing isn’t in use looked like something out of a horror movie. However this was not the worst part of the hotel. We were shown to our first room and when we walked into it the room was disgusting. There were bugs flying and crawling everywhere, the room smelled like drains, toilet had stains in it from the people before, the towels we were given looked as if they had been taken out of the bin with marks all over them and all cut, our room door didn’t even close properly which is a big safety concern for two young girls, the beds and couches had stains all over them, the fridge had food stains all over it on the inside which smelled really bad, there were thick spider webs everywhere and the bed sheets looked like they were the same ones from the people before. We complained to reception and they said they would send house keeping to inspect. The house keeping woman walked into the room and said she didn’t see any problems and was laughing at us and talking about us in French on the phone to her colleague (I speak French) she then took us to two different rooms and to be honest they were the same if not worse. The reception said that was all that they could do and I even contacted my travel agent to speak to them. The hotel told my travel agent that it was all under control and that we were satisfied after me complaining again. The room was so bad I thought that I was going to get bed bugs from it. We asked for a hair dryer too to be given something that was barely in one piece it was about 20 years old if not more. We eventually booked a different hotel as the staff were clearly not bothered by the lack of cleanliness and didn’t see anything wrong with the room. We even asked for a taxi at the reception and we were told to go find one in the streets. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to not only did I feel that I was going to end up sick from the lack of hygiene but I also feared for mine and my sisters safety. After some time-consuming check-in issues regarding the type of room and view I had clearly booked and paid for, I was offered a room on the 9th floor with the view I had expected, but without the premium niceties, although a fridge was made available. (And to be fair I was offered evening meals instead during my stay, but preferred to eat out as it is part of the fun of travel.) That apart, my room was spacious, bright and very clean, and although the decor and fittings seemed somewhat in need of an uplift, the lovely view out over the beach and the ocean certainly compensated for it. I found that breakfast was plentiful with a decent range of options, but didn't have any other meals there. The hotel is well situated 5/10 minutes (downhill via steps) from the beach where there are many eateries (some serving alcohol) alongside the promenade, offering a wide range of food. There is a well-stocked supermarket (Uniprix) a short walk inland, and a longer walk gets you to the cable car which takes you up to the old kasbah overlooking Agadir. I generally found the staff friendly and helpful and overall enjoyed my stay here - it was just a pity how it started.
