It was a nice experience however there was some cigarette smell in the room.

Good location but not clean and severe is too later

The were unbalance in the room orders and made mess during booking

Some stuff do not work properly TV shower..every day breakfast no change.

Wifi didn’t work. The connection appeared and disappeared. Laundry out of service for entire stay. Lack of the iron and iron board.

Indiana hotel is a really nice place, the rooms are very comfortable and big. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and a spare blanket.the balcony was massive and we had a lovely big corner bath. We stayed in an executive suite for 2 nights and it was lovely, breakfast is good and fills you till dinner time. The staff are ok.. not overly friendly but ok. We will definitely return to this hotel when we next come to Cairo

This hotel can not be 3 star rating room service zero, no hot water available for drink no cattle in room wash room not in good condition. Service is not available at all No wifi internet in hotel This hotel rating is 1 star Not worth for money

They keep doing the same thing of locating you into one of their old rooms and relocate you if you aked for. Relocation. Air conditioner did make some noise by the end of the day. Bathroom shower barley gets water and no heating. I'm disappointed

So nice 3 stars hotel. Good service, clean room and delicious breakfast. Close to the city center and bank of the Nile. Diffenently recomend this hotel.

Great service and near many restaurants with good food. Walking distance to train station.

Internet doesn't work all the time, swimming pool not ready, they have broken drawers and remote control. Generally the hotel doesn't worth the money I have paid..

Thank you so much for all the staff starting from Mr Mohamed bell captain and front office Mgr Mr Tarik and his nice staff. Rooms service Mr Adham he is a great and helpful.. Then Mrs Abeer House keeping dep. We love to back the same Suite next time
